    Unlike a ton “INTENSE HIIT Workout” on RUclips that just has the title “intense” to make you feel good about yourself. This workout actually destroys you AKA it’s actually intense. Glad I finally found a channel like this one.

    Fantastic new routine, different set up and excellent unique exercises, carefully engineered and researched. Absolutely loved it. I found it interesting to gradually increase kettlebell weight through the workout to make it more challenging towards the end. Great idea to add previews of the next exercise at the corner of the screen.

    That was amazing! Perfect study break. I really enjoyed the reversed order in the second round and not having a third round. Also great music choice, especially in the first block :P!

      Hi Itsme, I use a 12kg kettlebell which is a good starting point for most of the people. Of course you can always go heavier as long as you prioritize your form. Best from the Netherlands!! :)
