Fantastic new routine, different set up and excellent unique exercises, carefully engineered and researched. Absolutely loved it. I found it interesting to gradually increase kettlebell weight through the workout to make it more challenging towards the end. Great idea to add previews of the next exercise at the corner of the screen.

Hi Itsme, I use a 12kg kettlebell which is a good starting point for most of the people. Of course you can always go heavier as long as you prioritize your form. Best from the Netherlands!! :)
