CHOCOLATE CLOUD, this cake is incredibly easy to make with few ingredients

today I offer you a simple, quick and so good recipe 😋 an ultra-fast dessert. Composed of an airy chocolate sponge cake, a chocolate cloud mousse with only 2 ingredients and decorated with a vanilla whipped cream
Ingredients for an 18 to 20 cm mold
For the cake:
2 eggs
50g of sugar
10g unsweetened cocoa
50g flour
For the chocolate mousse:
160g chocolate
5 egg whites
For the decoration:
200ml whole liquid cream 35% fat + 1 tbsp icing sugar
Or (100ml of 30% full liquid cream + 100g of mascarpone + 1 case of icing sugar)
