The only thing missing in this production is….. a short video of you. Walking up to the. Truck. Starting it up and driving off. WITH SOUND !!!! AWSOME. Video :o)
A little story I had with my U.S.Navy power wagon back in 1958 at Argentia,NFLD Naval Station. I was stationed for 6 months off base in Ships Harbor at a signaling station for the Navy, the only to and from this place was thru the woods and over the mountains across rivers in a unstoppable Dodge power wagon. These things are not fast or very comfortable to drive, but please believe me when I say they are beasts off highway. I was stopped many times by the Marines wanting to know why I had a power wagon, they thought that they were the only ones that had them. To bad so sad I had one too.
Wow love this truck and love the old dodge trucks and would love to get a crew cab one or a panel one with a dodge diesel in it would even love to take out the one in my 2005 dodge diesel to put in one
Nice work, nice color too! Reminds me of an Allis Chalmers orange. Something different on a Power Wagon, instead of the reds, blues, and greens others paint their trucks!👍
BTTB! My 51 PW has flat bed, original motor, leaks in every gear box, every seal .got a huge oversized pto Tulsa winch, with a type B derick boom on front.frame has small cracks on each side approximately behind cab. 2nd gear sounds like a jackhammer, but still has power.reverse mysteriously stopped working.other than things listed ,you can add 12 volt battery to the 6volt system, add gear oil, gas.will start and run.have to be thinking ahead when driving, not to be in situation to need reverse.start out in low side, shift from first gear to third, then go from low to high,to keep the 2nd gear knocking noise from getting worse. Always unhook my battery, seems to drain battery if not unhooked after driving. Hopefully one day soon.I can make more dependable and safe to drive.oh forgot, brakes don’t work either. It’s a farm truck, find alot of uses with pto winch and boom, pulling pipe fence etc. etc. your restro would be a dream come true! These old flat fender PW are getting harder to find, one of the coolest trucks ever made.great video!
The Pickup BOX/BED on this truck is NOT 1952. It IS from a more modern WDX or WM Powerwagon . Not that it really matters , The restoration on this truck is Beautifully done
The city of Weymouth Village in northern Medina county Ohio has or had several 1952 pre-1950 rebuilt Dodge power wagon which they use for City business
They dont make them like that anymore!!! That's when vehicles were built to last compared to todays vehicles, which only last as long as the warranty holds up!!! In my opinion, the perfect off-roading vehicle is the Whitecar M3 Halftrack it has great looks and abilities to make the most 4x4's look weak and wanting for more abilities!!!
I just love the old power wagons!!! Built to work. The army loved em 😊😊
Bravo. Nicely done. Beautiful piece of history.

She’s a beauty! Looks like you started with a very solid, no rust truck!
What a beautiful truck, color scheme and perfect. Thank you for sharing.
Would have been screaming in Royal Blue
awesome looking truck. If Dodge brought that truck back they would fly out the door.
A LOT of work for a drop dead gorgeous outcome, great work!!
One word....MAGNIFICENT.
Had a '70 Power Wagon in western Alberta back in the day. Sure wish I'd kept it ...!
Absolutely outstanding build

Most awesome truck ever made
As a proud Ford owner this is the ONLY Dodge truck I would ever own. Intimidating. It screams I can go anywhere I like.
Very nice build

Absolutely Beautiful!!!! You did a Great Job.
Thank-you!
Absolutely beautiful restoration.

So glad you restored it to original, too many getting carved up and modded, ruining the value of a classic.
Beautiful job. I must admit I'm not crazy about the orange. I would personally prefer olive drab. It is NICE though.
Absolutely beautiful great job!
Absolutely love it!
Not a Dodge fan but great job I would like a 50 or earlier FORD 1 ton fixed up like that
Were you partially inspired by that Stacy guy from Cable that build one of these. Some trucks just demand huge tires. Fantastic Job.
Great job on the restoration! Was this just listed on Bring a Trailer? I just saw one eerily similar on a Canada BAT listing. Well done!
This was the one on BAT
Great job
Great job! Love the colors. Now please don't make her a trailer queen.

Sweeet!!!!
Beautiful, I gotta say though I liked it rusty & crusty. I would have just restored under the hood and the cab, but that's just me...
Great restoration.
Rap and country does not go together. Had to mute that.
Another Harley , trailer and haul or garage candy 300 plus days a year !!
That's the only way to do it

Few Missing Parts lol And WHAT about the ENGINE Restoration ??
OMG
Great video and even greater subject. But the video transition between pictures made me want to bork. I mean no offence - just a suggestion.
Is it diesel?
Not this one, All original
SWEET BEER SPILLER
