Hi, what happens after the 50/70 years. The property will go back to the government?
Thanks for the question Roberto! After the initial lease term, the developers land lease and the owners’ leases are eligible for extension.
Procedure and land use extension taxes not yet confirmed by national government.

After 50/70 years you pay certain amount of money for extension. 50-70 years is a long time tho.

@@billyakin3301 thanks for the question Billy - project is fully completed and operational! Golf course and casino also operational and busy.
Guests are able to book stays via Booking or direct with the hotel.
I was there last week. Stayed at Hoiana resort & casino. Truly a ghost town. Casino is empty and not good. . The residence have mostly so so views.95% Wealthy Koreans. This project is doomed. $300 atleast tee time. Big pass. But if you want to stay for a couple of days,Stay at the cheaper older Hoiana hotel on the property for about $75 and enjoy the bigger pool on Hoiana resort.
