I lost over 100lbs, I was 303lbs now 189lbs. My diet is mostly plant based, low sodium & occasional meat. And taking medication & blood pressure is still high. This morning 161/80. 3 months ago it was in the low 120's systolic & low 70's diastolic and it's slowly creeped back up. It gets lower, in the 120's shortly after exercise but then goes back up. I'm recovering from several strokes I had during heart surgery, my doctor says to double my lisinipril. Before all this they said lose 100lbs, change your diet, exercise & I did, I don't drink or smoke. They can't say why it's still high. I was so happy when it it was normal in the mornings. I thought this is going be ok. Then it's out of control and no one knows why. I'm on 4 BP meds & I was on 4 times a day I was taking 6 or 7 meds 7 times a day a year ago with many side effects. I feel better now but BP is is still a concern. I'm almost fully recovered from the strokes. Is it possible that High Blood Pressure is normal in some people. I was thin and active in sports even in college & gained weight during my 15 year marriage. I truly beleive the damage can be reversed. My stroke recovery has been miraculous. It seems like lowering blood pressure was going to be easy but I'm still trying. Perhaps it's the stress of oweing the Hospitals & the IRS over $100,000.00. While on disability. Sorry for the long comment.

I don't know your age and your height but maybe you should try to push your weight even more down. Anyway i don't seem to find any solution myself and it's getting worse, altough i;m only 26 yo i was arleady twice hospitalized because of a rapid grow in BP. Right now i'm trying to loose weight too i'm 220 lbs with 189 cm of height and it is really too much. Once i managed to lower my BP when i lost a lot of weight i think i was around 171 lbs... That;s what i;m aiming for now to see if there is gonna be a difference. Also cardio helps a lot, but i hate it.

    • @siemniak
      @siemniak 4 года назад +2

I know what helps instantly, at least for me. Fasting for a few days. My record is four days and arleady on a second day BP goes down to like 110/80. Of course it is enough to break a fast for a bp to skyrocket so i don't know it that's a good idea for you. I didn't try it in a long time actually, just reminded myself about it.

I've been on adrenal medicine for 40 years for adrenal insufficiency. About 8 years ago i was out on cortisol because I'm now diagnosed with Addison Disease. I've always had extremely low blood pressure until now. Now it is very high and blood pressure has been prescribed. That medicine doesn't seem necessary to me when the doctor doesn't know the cause for the spike in blood pressure.

Well, there is always more than meets the eye. Hormonal problems can be huge. I myself have attempted to stave off thyroid problems by taking endocrine and pituitary supplements.
But my blood pressure has increased and now I am wondering if the daily use of those supplements actually have increased hormone production too much.
So, now I will have to find out if there is a connection: will stop those supplements for a week or two and see if that could be the cause.

I have what I think to be a complete break through for getting a low blood pressure reading…. Bring someone you trust or love like your family to the appointment or store where you’re getting tested…I tested high at Walgreens then got home with my family tested and immediately had 117/88 vs Walgreens 141/100 so I went back with my family and tested 120/84 bingo it’s like separation anxiety I don’t know but it worked…obviously exercise and decrease caffeine sodium…

Hi Masha, your sweet and knowledgeable.
I have Secondary High Blood Pressure and the cause is when I decided not to take my medications.
When I moved to a more peaceful environment, the blood pressure dropped dramatically and eventually fell to a lower range way below 120/80.
I don't need my medications and been off for some time in the 6th year.
The other cure to high blood pressure is following every word of Jesus.
Our behaviors are the number 1 leading cause of death, then the heart attack.
I'm going to improve dramatically because of the words of Jesus.
P.S. "Those who follow the words of Jesus are in no need of a Physician."

You speak to Jesus, but not like you would a friend while nothing will get done.
You have to Take Action In Longsuffering with maximum time 40 days and 40 nights.
The length of practice time needs to be long enough like more than a week in order to see true results.
For example, maybe you can long suffer for 20 days and 20 nights that will reduce malignant hypertension.
P.S. Yes if you longsuffering long enough for let's say 20 and 20 nights, you'll be cured. At 2 weeks old, that's how I overcame Spinal Menegitists Type A for 30 days and 30 nights. Then the doctors reported I was Healthy & Strong.
      BIBLE BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS:
      1. If you can, It's best to be alone indoors
      2. Wash Your Face with cold water
      3. Buy Olive Oil to rub a small amount on your head for (Day 1 and Night 1 etc.)
      4. Pray for 3 stages of the day - Morning, Afternoon and Night. (Repeat on to Day 2 and Night 2)
      5. While your laying to long suffer you're building up more experiences in patience, courage, hope, control over your emotions and confidence.
      You'll be Healthy & Strong.
NOTE: I always hear doctors say losing weight will reduce High Blood Pressure and that statement is true. After you complete your short project in longsuffering for Jesus, you will lose a lot of weight that decreases High Blood Pressure.
"Those who follow the words of Jesus are in no need of a physician."

You should be kind of happy that your diastolic follows your systolic pressure. When systolic goes up and diastolic goes down that's when the party really starts. Anyway loosing weight is the best way to start. You should check your heart with ultrasound exam, because due to the use of steroids it could be too big and not in the good way. You should check hormones metioned in the video but probably with this range of bp that's smth you should not be worried about. Unfortunetly the best excersises to deal with bp are cardio and the best are cardio interval trainings because the seem to make blood vessels more elastic. You should not do heavy lifting at least not normalize your bp.

    • @marias5088
      @marias5088 4 года назад

jasleen, you are looking for help in all the wrong places! Pills are the LAST thing your friend need to turn to. First, he needs a diet. Explain to him that every treatment has side effects. There is a ton of information on which diet is good to lower BP. If he were my friend, I'd recommend him a vegan low carb diet. It is tough to do but the results are worth it. A low fat vegetarian diet is good too but he needs to avoid eggs and eat ONLY a small amount of cheese because these foods have high cholesterol. We do need some fat however, but for him it would be great to get his fat from avocados, nuts, coconut oil and coconut butter. RAW beet root lowers blood pressure by 10 points and keeps it low for almost 24 hours. Has his doctor told him about it? You don't have to ask him, I know he's never heard about it from a doctor. The doctors don't know nutrition and how to heal health problems with nutrition. Accept it as a fact. They know testing, drugs and surgery, and that is why we have so many sick people in this country. Testing is important but have your friend find a good natural medicine doctor who knows nutrition and uses natural medicine with virtually no side effects. P.S. Raw beets are VERY potent and one needs to start with 1/4 of a SMALL grated beet root and eat it together with other food. Cooked beets are not going to lower blood pressure.

Have you tried Doppler ultrasound of the kidneys? When the artery goes to the kidneys narrows, blood pressure spikes. Doppler ultrasound or CT with contrast will check the artery. The condition is called renal artery stenosis. Please google it for more info. Also, check your thyroid hormone. Either too much or too little hormone can cause blood pressure spikes.

Hows your brother doing? Which meds he takes? I think ace inhibitors are the best. Combination of ace inhibitor and calcium channel blocker for hard to control. Lots of water good, fresh garlic to thin the blood. Make sure blood pressure is checked at home when relaxed after sitting for 10 minutes feet flat on floor and back straight. Many ppl blood pressure high at dr office, this is called white coat hypertension

I had high blood pressure which was a result of several things. The first was a poor diet, and the second was from high levels of stress, over specific events and people, and whenever I would talk or think about those people I would get so stressed I could actually feel pain start in my arms. Otherwise, I also tried to kill myself years ago by drinking nail polish remover, extra strength, because of being bullied, abused, harassed, sexually harassed, threatened, and told to kill myself. I ended up having severe pain in my kidneys after, that caused me to puke weeks after I drank it, which ended me up in the hospital. The people who abused me started trying to refer to my poor diet to try and blame my health issues on my poor diet rather than on the strong (yet mild) acid I had drunk to kill myself because of other people abusing me and telling me to kill myself.
Now, I spent years getting bullied after that, and those same people who told me to kill myself to begin with were being toted by others as good, sweet, kind, and gentlemanly people for years while I felt emotional pain because people didn't believe or refused to stay quiet on what was done to me. A lot of pain which could have been avoided by people minding their own business, which people seemingly and oddly never did. So I got bullied constantly by most people I encountered online and offline, whether I did anything to them or not, whether I hated them or not, whether I deserved it or not, and from my perspective it's completely lacking in empathy to continue tormenting a person after pushing them into trying to kill themself.
I had changed my diet on the idea that I had kidney failure or kidney damage, and by following a diet for people with kidney failure my health actually improved, since I had noticed that a lot of foods which created problems for me were on a list I had read of foods that people with kidney failure can't eat. I'm still alive so it would have more likely been kidney damage, and obviously I didn't tell my doctors I drank a poison so they didn't know to test for it, but my health had improved for a while until I later tried to kill myself again because I was still being gas lit and abused the same way as the first time.
I would also like to say that despite being depressed my entire life, I wasn't heavily suicidal until I was severely abused well into my adult years. So, yes, I'm an adult.
To this day I've been abused so badly I literally suffer from severe emotional issues AND health issues when I think of what was done to me for years. While people continue insisting that I wasn't abused. Lol. Otherwise not sure why they'd continue saying my abusers are kind people, because obviously if they believed me it would be cruel to say such a thing.
After a large number of people telling me to kill myself for years, to say the least, I have very diminished empathy for others. No matter what I've said or done in my defense people don't leave me alone, even though they've set up situations for me that are utterly abusive in nature and are situations I've been unable to escape while others continue to do abusive things towards me, no matter how seemingly mild, subtle, hard to detect, or inconspicuous.
Oh, yes, so for an entire month the only thing I ate was canned peaches since uncanned peaches are bad for people with kidney failure. Oranges caused me pain, spaghetti and other pastas made my toes go numb, I stopped eating bananas (which I used to love and now because they caused me pain and are phallic and I got sexually harassed I can no longer stand eating them), any kind of assorted nuts, fatty foods like yogurt and cheese because they caused me pain and made me so bloated and constipated it backed me up and caused me pain. I ate peaches for an entire month after because if I ate most other foods it caused me such intense pain in my stomach I didn't want to eat, and I felt like I was starving, and by some fortune I tried canned peaches and it didn't hurt even close to as much as other foods.
I had other health issues which weren't caused by the poison, so I'll leave those out. They occurred before I drank it.
Also because I was being abused and stalked and harassed, even in person, by a large number of people who seemed to take enjoyment in scaring me and causing me pain, I stopped excercizing. I used to go for walks because I loved nature, but I stopped doing it because I became terrified of people seeing me out of the house since I thought they were trying to frame me for things I wasn't doing. Anytime I got confident and did try to leave, I'd get messed with and become so distressed I'd go home and hide again. I tried at first to exercise at home but that ended up going badly because I got sexually harassed, so I didn't do that, either.

pressure did never become stable. She usually had headache especially in the

Vikram prescribed my mother with "Hypertension care pack". My mother
is much better now with no symptoms and her B.P is also under control.
