I am honored receiving this kind of feedback from you! Big fan of yours :) Yeah, it’s surprising how visible the watch remains even in very dim light, the indices do more than just look pretty!
First, subscribe to my channel, second, watch all my other videos and comment on them, third… I’m kidding. :D It will be rather hard to get this specific reference since only 182 were made and all of them were sold in China. A visually similar alternative would be the GS Skyflake SBGA407… Perhaps worth considering.
I agree, it really is a special watch to behold and this video - despite my best efforts - doesn‘t do it justice. Congrats on securing the 433, love its midnight-blue dial!
@@nomanor7987 That would be a fantastic choice, not only does it improve on the overall proportions but for the first time offer a truly beautiful watch movement, up to par with their dial design.
You might wanna take a look at their just announced regular production model, the SLGH005 as well, especially if you are a fan of the Snowflake or fancy monochrome designs.
Hi Kersijus, retail used to be around 5k, but this specific model has sold out and (partly due to its rarity) goes for significantly more on the pre-owned market. Good for me, but I wish the model was available to more people.
@@watchesinthewild8276 Thank you! is there any chance you could tell me how it compares to the snowflake? I don't think I'll have a chance to see it for real and it's difficult to compare with videos (the snowflake is amazing in real life).
@@Kersijus Sure, yeah it’s one thing to see it in a video, another thing entirely to see it in person. The 435 shares much with the Snowflake in common, namely its case shape, movement, proportions, dial indices (I love the trapezoid shape at 12, 6 and 9 o’clock!) and the bracelet (but the 435 comes with a leather strap as well). The main difference is of course the dial, with the 435 featuring an interesting cloud pattern seen in some of the US seasons models; the case material is steel instead of titanium (which I happen to prefer); the bracelet features screws instead of pins; it has a lion logo on the back (check out my Tudor - GS comparison where I complain about it ;-)) and it is limited to 222, effectively 181 pieces. I think this is a comprehensive list of all the differences. Feel free to subscribe, since I will probably upload another video or two about this watch. :)
@@watchesinthewild8276 Thank you for the details. The watch looks indeed amazing, especially the dial (which is one of the main reason I'm not sur if I should prefer the snowflake model). Thank you for all that. Subscribed.
@@Kersijus You won’t regret either choice. Only one word of caution: The highly polished case *will* attract scratches if you plan to wear it on a daily or almost daily basis. I haven’t had mine for long, and there are already a few “swirlies”. Just be aware that.
Many thanks for watching Maksim! I agree, the SBGA435 „Skybridge“ is a heavenly beauty (and it looks much better in person than it does in my video). :)
@@abdul773 Congrats, enjoy that beauty! Oh yes, the White Birch is a favorite of mine as well. The dial is killer and for once the movement keeps up with it.
@@abdul773 Agreed, they are remarkably consistent. I also happen to like (perhaps even more) their vintage pieces, for example the 6146-8020, totally in love with that one.
Congratulations on the purchase, awesome watch! I wish this was available elsewhere too!
Thank you, it’s a true pity that they are so rare!
Btw love your Chinese content as well!
Stunning piece man, I really enjoyed the video! I like how you showcased how visible GS pieces are even in very low light with no lume!

Brilliant thankyou.
Thank YOU for watching, Keith!
how can I get one :D

I'm jealous. I was able to pick up an SBGA433 before they ran out, but the 435 is really something.

The bracelet seems too loose.
It is very loose indeed. ;-) As I mentioned in the video, it isn’t sized to my wrist yet. What do you think about GS? Would you consider getting one?
@@watchesinthewild8276 I love GS ... I am thinking of getting the new SLGH003 with the new movement. It solves the old thickness problem with GS.

Whats the retail price of this Grand Seiko?

This guy sounds like a Narrator from Kids Spooky Tales!!! 😁
Haha do I? I take that as a compliment ;-)
The new limited editions are out... happy to take this one off your hand so you can get one! :D
Haha good try! I have a very hard time resisting the allure of the new ones. On the other hand… can‘t quite part with the „Skybridge“ either.

Subbed great use of language well done.
Thank you, glad my English appeals to you! Your support is very much appreciated. More videos are coming :)
かっこいい!!
Thanks for watching!
I think the SBGA 387 is a nicer piece not as rare with 550 pieces but the dial is more dazzling in my opinion
The SBGA387 is spectacular, really love the unique dial design and the 44GS case shape. Did you have a chance to experience one in the metal?
@@watchesinthewild8276 Yes. I own the SBGA 387. Very pleased with the purchase. I would definitely buy another GS perhaps the White Birch. 🤔
