At 6:49 you jumped then dribbled to a jump shot. I dont believe thats legal to jump then dribble. The NBA rule book says if you receive the ball while standing still, you "may pivot" . I understand you did a drop step but after a drop step you cant drbble or pivot.

If a player jumps off one foot on the count of one he may land with both feet simultaneously for count two. In this situation, the player may not pivot with either foot and if one or both feet leave the floor the ball must be released before either return to the floor. When a player gathers the ball he may not step consecutively with the same foot, as in a hopping motion.
@8:50 its not legal to jump land on both feet and then just dribble after the catch. Theres a dif between a stepback and a drop step, hop step. You cant just hop around. You suppose to hop during the pass not after.

其實FUI SIR上次講用輔助手去調整射波角度已經感覺成個人射波唔同左,無論係JAB STEP後射波定係STEP BACK後射,好穩定
