This series WAS the highlight of my teenage years. I was mad about aeroplanes, and absolutely head over heels in love with Christina. I still am a little bit. And on the 12th of January 1980 I realised my lifelong dream of becoming a pilot, taking off from an RAF base on my very first solo flight.
I fell in love with Flambards after my Mum bought me the books. The series came out soon after. I read the books so much that they fell apart, so I had to buy a new set. Watched the videos so much that they stretched. Now have it on dvd. William was always my favourite.

I saw Flambards back in 1982. This was one of the most beautiful moments of
the series.
This was a great series. I saw it when I was 14 or 15, and I loved it. The theme is so haunting and memorable.
Bring back Flambards!

I first saw Flambards on HTV Wales back in February 1979.
this series has such a fantastic feel. i just got my dvd set in the mail.
