I think my favorite Rasputin fiction appearance is as Baba Yaga’s son in Pathfinder’s Rasputin Must Die, where your fantasy adventurers engage in trench warfare against Russian zombies and animated mustard gas to find him. Also Anastasia becomes queen of a country and brings Tesla Coils with her.
