The story is already written, and most of the time the storyboard is already at LEAST half done from the scp author. I'm not saying it takes zero effort, but writing wise I feel you are overvaluing what they add.

Brother, this content is for free. I understand it might be very valuable in your life, and that it is something you look forward to, I am the same. But we have to appreciate whatever we have, and can't be too reliant on this stuff, or RUclips, games etc...in general
You have two options if you really don't like it then.
1: Stop watching, monetization regarding reuploads very much matters in this economy.
2: Be patient, it takes time to write a good story. Also, have you considered postponing new videos to Saturdays will actually make it more enjoyable to watch for people who work at places like doctors offices and banks, as they only get the weekends off?
