After KL. Bangkok is my favourite city. Loved the temples there but I loved the Chao Praya River Cruise at night as well as AsiaTique Riverfront, the beautiful Lumphini Park and KingPower Mahanakhon Sky Park for the views at night

Fan from Thailand: Dears If you are from Asoke area(sukhumvit ) you can use MRT ( it is Subway) One ride direct to SANAMCHAI Station , you don’t have to change anywhere. You will reach WAT PHO and grand Palace easily. If you want to go to Chinatown you get off at MUNGKORN STATION.
Actually if you want to go to grand palace from Chatujak you can take MRT to Sanam Chai Station then walk a bit to get to wat pho and grand palace then take boat to the other side to wat arun which a lot more convenient than bts then boat 😊
Yessss, it would be more convenient without the transfers! At the time though we were just excited to be in Bangkok so we wanted to be above ground and take the boat for fun ^_^
Saw Wat Pho, reminded me of when I was in a vocational school, the school was next to the temple or was part of the temple area, this temple is very Glad foreigners like this temple.😊.

We did get the rabbit cards! Although I'm not sure if I would recommend it for only 4 days....you need to pay a deposit just for the card (I think 100 baht?), you have to use your passport at the kiosk when you initially get the card, and it only works for the BTS skytrain, not the other MRT train. We have two cards - one for the BTS, one for the MRT- but we're also living here for over a year. This video was filmed at the beginning of this year - January 2022ish! Honestly if you just want a couple things in Bangkok, I'd say to do what we did in this video! The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun. They're all famous, really cool, and really close to each other! That being said there's SO much to do in Bangkok! Check out our video at Chatuchak market - it's the biggest outdoor market in the world! Def recommend it. Chinatown is always on everyone's list. The Mahanakhon has a super cool skywalk (but there are also tons of rooftop bars with great city views). Iconsiam mall is AMAZING - you can take a free boat to the mall then it also has like a mini 'floating market' area in the basement. Ugh idk, SO MUCH TO DO HERE 😍😍😍

Hi, I just saw this video for the first time. Did you get to visit Angkor Wat? If you haven't been yet but have plans to go I highly recommend you get there before sunrise, I know it means a very early start but trust me it's soooo worth it. Eleven years ago I, along with about 20 other people, did a charity cycle ride across Vietnam and Cambodia, it was THE best experience of my life.
Carles has been to Angkor Wat before, but I've never been to Cambodia! We're living in Thailand until April 2023 but hopefully after that we will get to travel around and see some other places!
So we were there in the middle of the day, butttt this was toward the beginning of the year when there were not a lot of tourists! Get there as close to when it opens as you can! You'll avoid lots of tourists and it will be less hot when you're walking around! =)

Get there as close to when it opens as you can! You'll avoid lots of tourists and it will be less hot when you're walking around! =)
