As a fluent speaker of Spanish and instructor, I can say that although this video is very good, it will only help those who are already in a Spanish class and want to use it to reinforce what they are learning. You won't be able to learn Spanish simply by watching this video.

I've sometimes difficulty remembering which is which between cansada and casada.
son: also a type of Cuban music
    - The words for lemon and lime are sometimes reverse depending on what country you're in.
    - I sometimes confuse pero with perro
    - Voy reminds me of the prefix of voyage which helps me remember what it means
    - In french a "fugue" is to flee, to escape it helps me remember the meaning of fui ex: centri-fugue
    - alto like in altitude, but i sometimes confuse it with alt from German which means old
    - I will mistake Ya from spanish with Ja from German (which sound the same)
    - para in french means to block / parry it's used to block a sword and in words like parapluie, parasol (to block rain ,the sun) it almost means the opposite in Spanish although there is parar which is a similar word

I know a lot of Spanish words and phrases and can ask for pretty much anything I want, the problem lies in when native Spanish speakers answer they speak “muy rapido” very fast, it is probably the fastest spoken language, so you are not alone my friend, just keep practicing, listen to as much spoken Spanish as possible, it does not matter if you understand it initially, it will eventually start to stick, and you will be surprised how much you will begin to understand, walk then run. Best wishes from the U.K. BTW I am from the North East of England, we are known as Geordies, and have a very distinctive dialect and also speak more quickly than English speakers in other parts of the U.K. I have been told that I have a good Spanish accent, which I think is helped by my Geordie accent. Have a nice day.

Amigo la ventaja del español con el inglés es que la pronunciación de cada fonema es exactamente la pronunciación de cada palabra. Solo aprende bien cada conjugación. Los tiempos más usados en el español es el presente simple, el pasado simple y el presente continuo.

However, in our program, the entire "Building Blocks" module, as well as the "Key Verbs" module will teach you the most important words with more examples and lots of exercises. I'm sure you can also find many frequency lists on the web by doing a quick online search. Hope this helps! :)

Hi Sebastian. What you're proposing is a good idea. We could both teach our respective languages, and learn the other one as well, and and be learners and teachers at the same time. I am Italian but living in England for 32 years and know English very well, and of course Italian as well..So it would be easy for me to teach you English, and myself learn Spanish at the same time, which of course already understand to a certain degree. So let me know what you think, and please stay in touch.
Se non hai inteso quanto ho detto, dimmelo, e te lo scrivo in Italiano. Ciao
      Regards Sergio.
