This one does take a while as you want them nice and dark (but not burnt) well worth the effort though, I'll be editing the Sri Lankan chicken curry dish over the weekend but it's on my site already if it helps thecurrykid.co.uk/recipe/sri-lankan-chicken-curry-recipe/
