Instead of superstitious examples with no facts, would have liked to hear the science. Such speakers create a society which blindly follows whats told to them about vastu rather than basing it on science...
Ritu Jain he's good. He told about the importance, effects and the power of the vastu science. For learning the science, you can simply Google. He's trying to create a kind of awareness rather then teaching, pls understand.
People in the comments section are misunderstanding him because he doesn't know how to explain things in a simpler way but he is definitely on to something. Basically what he means to say is that still structures (buildings) emit certain resonance in our environment, in the form of energy waves that our bodies are receptive to. We don't see this through the naked eye because like electricity, energy flows transparently, not all the time with something you can see. So these things affect some part of our minds, which affect the way we look and work with our surroundings; which is basically our life measured in emotional, financial and social factors. He is an engineer or nerd trying to explain a concept but he needs to have group discussions with non-engineer or non-architect people, so he can make his speech more into layman terms and his experiment more sophisticated. He is definitely onto something but needs to polish his speech, but the science he refers to, works. Every single technology or science we take for granted was created by a scientist or engineer (not necessary a college graduate, but a sharp observer and inventor type of person). This guy deserves a second chance to put his idea on the stage, but with a simpler and more articulate way of explaining.
Agree with Visho89. There is no non living being in this universe. Everything is energy and everything is connected. It only takes some time for some one to understand and realize. It is the fact and not the word matters.
