algo just fed me this video but ur like an instant subscribe. im trying to get back into drawing myself going into the new year and this video is such a chill vibe. good luck on your creative journey and merry christmas (if you celebrate it! happy holidays otherwise 🖤🤟)
1. Trace/study your favorite anime and how they make hair. (If you trace it’s 100% ok as long as you are doing it to learn) 2. Draw the hair in clumps versus individual strands. Break it down in to big, medium, and small shapes. 3. Watch videos. I personally like Sinix design, David finch, and proko videos on hair 4. FINALLY look at the manga art as well. Anime art is very perfect so sometimes it can make us chase perfection. Manga art has more human errors and it’s makes it easy to accept mistakes. Sorry for the long answer but I hope this helps.
Dude - your art is really cool. Keep going here on RUclips - itll take time for you to warm up, but you made a strong start! Congrats on 100 subscribers. ✨🪐

What paper are you using with the marked bleed area on it?
I use Strathmore smooth blue lined Bristol paper. I really like it and highly recommend.
