Nice video. Shopsmith bandsaw owners should note that much of this information does not apply to their saw because it does. It have complainer wheels. The upper wheel is permanently tilted back with no means of adjustment. The tensioning is not done in the manner shown here and there is an additional set of bearings on the left column for auto tracking.

I need your help. I have an old delta 12” bandsaw. The bottom saw wheel is driven by an external electric motor via belt. I’m restoring the bandsaw and need to know the RPM of the bandsaw wheel. Can’t seem to find it and thought you might be able to help. If I know what is the rpm of the bandsaw wheel, I can determine the width of the electric motor pulley diameter I need to purchase. Hope you can help. Thank you Peter

The table on my 14 inch band saw is not level but...the blade is straight on all sides. Why? When I level the table,
the blade is no longer straight. Please tell me what I need to do to have both the table and the blade level and straight. Thanks.

How do you mount the blade on wheel of middle?

At least with my Delta 14" you don't try to make the two wheels co-planer. The adjustment he made is what you use to put the bottom of the gullet between the teeth right in the center of the tire.
