I find it amusing the set-up you have in this video. Its like you're sitting at a table across from an orc who is telling you his thoughts on mounts in WOW
I'm fine with mimiron head since they were only made slightly easier to farm. It's still a weekly lockout on timewalking, 10% drop from chest which is a fair enough boost considering it probably takes 20 times longer to do timewalking raid. Heavenly Onyx serpent in ur vid was sold for 40k which u could RELIABLY/EASILY get in 30 min end of event with buffs. Disgusting. Also the main point of invincible/1% mounts is that most of them are a hastle. You HAD to go out of your way to get them. You couldn't get them while getting gear upgrades etc, either you were 1% of the playerbase who did the raid when it was current or you dedicated an enourmous amount of time afterwards to get it.
Good video and a very reasonable outlook you have. I agree, I personally understand what people mean by feeling like their hard work is downplayed, but tbh.... People still have the bragging rights if they earned it the way they originally did, and no one can take that away from them. But honestly, this is one of the issues with the fact WoW has introduced so much stuff over the years that were just unreasonably hard to obtain or they ripped it out of the game making old cool stuff unavailable. I think this is a cool and good thing WoW is doing to bring back and make things more accessible. Keeo up the good content homie. 🙏🔥
defending low drop rates as a form of prestige is like saying people who win the lottery are just more prestigious than people who work every day. One is luck, the other is a slow progress towards a clear goal. Need 30k coins for a mount? great you can plan that out, farm 5k a day and youll get it... thats better than just "have 50 characters do the same thing once a week and hope for the best"
nay bs. Also you aren't farming for sht u get 40k half an hour. If you have 1 of them sure dumb luck. If you have a bunch of them, mathmatically you had to grind them out. If you have ashes of al'ar, invincible, fiery war horse, mimron, pureblood fire hawk, emerald drake, etc etc etc, you did NOT get those randomly.
We really need to end this immature mentality of "It was hard for me, so it has to be hard for them". Or worse, "I spent hours farming this, so only someone like me deserves it." How is repetition or blowing money considered prestige? Skill is prestige. If Blizzard gives away the very first Gladiator Mounts or even the Black Scarab Lord mount, then we might have a conversation on our hands.
Do you know what rarity is ? How it works ? The value of an item is higher when when it’s less common, stop making it sound like it’s a bad thing that there’s mount with low percent drop chance.
And by the way, if we follow your reasoning there shouldn’t be any random loot, even gear should be guaranteed, things like the legendary bow from sylvanas shouldn’t have a low drop chance, you sound ridiculous
@@akpade They aren’t saying there shouldn’t be low drop rate items in the game; just that things who’s source is pure RNG not a skill check is less prestigious.
@@akpade What I often see on the internet is someone making an assumption or impressing their own preferred argument onto someone in order to rally their point across. You've made two assumptions. 1) I never said it's a bad thing if a mount has a low drop chance. I simply said that's not something special. Prestige from rarity comes from it actually being a rare thing. When you know something does, in fact, exist and is guaranteed-attainable by repetition, it's just a statistic on when you'll acquire it. Do you understand how that's not exciting? The excitement someone does end up feeling is a minute moment compared to the past annoyances of that .1% drop chance not being in their favor. It wouldn't be surprising for people to defend rarity in .1% drop chances because they want to draw more positivity out of their hours/days/weeks/months/years of farming. When you are completely surprised by something's existence and then you get that thing, then yes that's a feat to show-off. This is like when paintings, thought lost to war or time, are recovered. Wow, such a rarity! Even something like the Hive Mind mount is more prestigious than a drop chance mount because doing all those steps can be out of a person's ability. Anyone can kill the same thing multiple times. 2) In no way do I reason that guarantee loot is the solution... I say that skill is prestigious. Skill should guarantee a result because in real life it does. That's called being a master of your craft--even being able to pivot if a random failure occurs. Don't you think it'd be more impressive if a Hunter had to perform some special mechanics, multiple times, in the Sylvanas fight, in order to get the bow? If they mess up those mechanics once, they have to redo the fight. Now you have Hunters begging the raid to wipe so they can try again. If the raid ignores that request, then damn, that Hunter needs to wait a week for another proof of their skill. When they finally perfect those mechanics, that's prestigious. Otherwise, whoopy-di-do, the Hunter was present when the bow dropped. What if that Hunter got carried. Do they deserve prestige? The only opinion I have on low drop chances is that it's annoying when they are the only source of acquisition. I don't find repetition fun. Repetition, in of itself, is not an enjoyable thing. It is akin to working a warehouse job where you go in circles picking the same items for 8 hours. Maddening. There needs to be more variety to break up the monotony. This can translate into a low drop chance but on multiple sources. As for Blizzard giving away rare TCG mounts. I understand the ire from people that spent $100-$1000s to get it. But that's not a healthy argument. Money is considered a prestigious thing if you have a lot of it. But if you are poor, save up to spend all of it on some old boosters, just for a chance at the mount, you are considered irresponsible. That's basically promoting gambling, another unhealthy practice. TCG mounts should end up being available to everyone in such a very slow rollout (like, one in the Trading Post every 2-4 years) that the market for them can remain. That way everybody wins.
I completely agree! To all of those who are angry that their little mount isn't as rare: Womp, womp, womp, hahahaha get over the elitism and relax a little 🤣
Ion mentioned a while ago that the one TCG mount that wouldn't come back is the Swift Spectral Tiger, or at least not unless it was in a super special way. But wouldn't be the first time they've gone back on things they have said. I think the biggest concern for me and some of the playerbase is simply, what's the point grinding for these mounts or cosmetics anymore if we can get them much easier down the line. Now, 10+ Years down the line is a lot of patience... Unfortunately making scarce items easier to get for a limited time just increases player counts (returning players). And that's all business really cares about. Everyone else will just put up with it, because we are trapped in a game we have already invested years to. And even if we quit, its just out with the old players, in with the new. It's all the same to Blizzard.
I used to have this mentallity back then. Since vanilla, i was after the ZG mounts because i loved them being cross faction mounts and really cool. I raided it for a long time with no luck. TBC then came, and tried it weekly duoing them with a friend. Nothing. WOTLK, i found this bug for thekal that made it soloable. Did it weekly with multiple chars. Nada. I explained to a irl friend who started on wrath how i did it and he came with me on one of my weekly runs to learn how. He had a bit of a hard time understanding the glitch but he ended getting it. Next week lock came, he gets the tiger first time. I was so mad. He still plays and get the ""prestige"" to have it and everyone think he is super cool and OG, and im not. I tried it until the very last day it was avaible, even levelling extra chars to get more chances for nothing. And he never even raided ZG when it was current content. I even heard him lying to others about how hard it was to get it and how he had a hard time killing the boss and stuff. Then i understood, how silly this mentallity is. Who cares, they are pixels. Let people have them and stop falsely attaching entitlment to them. I got the pandaria CM set and i wouldnt get mad if they gave it away to others at this point. I dont even transmog it, and it used to be super special for me and had a hard time making pugs to get it. But who cares any more. I rather have more stuff avaible to everyone than this shitty fomo bs they run now. It's all lies in the end. My friend has the AQ mount and the armored netherdrake. He got both paying, one transfering to a dead server with other players to open the gates and transfering back, and the other one he paid a lot for arena boost. He also got multiple CM sets via boosting, and god knows what more. We were on the same guild and he always asked me to not tell others how he got them, and he wouldnt brag about them, even tho he always used them in front of others because he knew the effect. Ive played this game since it released, and i can tell you its not that important afterall. Its just a game, even if many try to turn it into a life style. Just a game ran by a company who wants your money. So enjoy your time instead of making it a sour experience. At that point its just way better to move away from it.
I really suck at both pvp and raiding. The closest things I have to anything most people would consider "prestigious" would be things like Polly Roger, a few achievement mounts like the Rusted and Iron Protodrakes... maybe some of the paragon mounts I have. The point being, I'm actually kind of glad that a lot of these mounts will be made available as long as you put the time in. I actually have a good number of the Pandaren rare drop mounts, including the three primordial dire horns, all of the world boss mounts except for the one that comes off of Oondasta, clutch of Ji-Kun, the Astral Cloud Serpent...(Pandaria has been inordinately kind to me) One of the old mounts I'm going to try to go after during this event is the Kor'kron Juggernaut, because the raid you need to go through to get it is a royal pain in the ass. I also really want that new phoenix mount since I missed out on the old ones. (I only started playing during the Dragonflight expansion) Do you think they'll do this for other old expansions in the future?
I ran old dungeons and raids for months to get some of my mounts because they looked awesome and I wanted them. Each time I got one was like winning the lottery and i still ride them all in my fav mounts. You used to be diffrent in the game. Gave everyone somthing to aspire for. Now everyone can have everything, making nothing unique. Just buy boosts just buy mounts just get your paticipation medals and buy the mounts that everyone else worked for and see everyone beside you on the same mount🤣 My mate got heavnely onyx first time where as I had 3 alts there for what felt like months farming that (Still never got it) I ran for Anzu the raven lord for what felt like years on multiple chars because I wanted the cool bird mount. I got invincible on less than 10 tries, lucky me! I've camped timelost for so long i've lost count. (Still don't have it T.T) These are a fraction of my mount stories each one individual to each player and thats amazing. These remix mounts? Oh they played the remix and bought them with their participation medals same as everyone else. Goes from people going out of their way to get somthing they like to just another vendor mount. Further killing the game I loved T.T
@@zuggypoo Instead of working towards somthing, They just play content that isn't even related to buy it. You have to realise this is bad for player engagement and length of the game. Why would anyone keep playing if you can just log on the first month of a new "Event" and just buy all the mounts. Leading even more to lockout logging because people can just buy content instead of playing the game.
Coming from someone who likes to collect mounts (and all forms of collectibles in the game including mog): I don't care if Blizzard makes it easier to get mounts that are random chance drops from things. Because like has been said, there's no skill or achievement involved in getting them, just luck alone. Sure, the low chance keeps people playing since they need to run a hundred different dungeons, but at this point there are so many rare drop mounts that it's not like making a few easier really frees up players time so much that they don't feel the need to play WoW; they'd just move onto the next grind. I did, however, have an issue when Blizzard practically gave away the Dark War Talbuk during Warlords of Dreanor by giving large amounts of the specific currency used to obtain it from mission tables. What was once a sign that a person had put actual work into both pvp and faction grinding became another no skill drop and took that sense of achievement away from players who had put in the work. That's just not cool, especially when people can still get that mount the original way too. There was no rhyme or reason for Blizzard making that decision and all it did was shit on older players who did the work. Personally I'd be a fan of them bringing back certain mounts that were based on luck (or ninja looting) alone onto the Black Market or elsewhere, but I also think the Black Market needs an overhaul in that it doesn't give enough options for how massive its loot table is now, and that gold buyers will always win out over regular players in bidding wars - not that Blizzard will ever do anything about them, since they are directly feeding into their wallet. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if in 3 years time or so Blizzard starts making rare drop mounts, and even achievement/rep grind mounts, buyable in their cash shop.
I automatically think less of anyone who I think are just trying to show off. If your primary motivation for using a mount or farming it is for attention, I think that's pitiful and sad.
It wasn't a 100 percent drop chance for the mount on Dracthyr, just a very very increased chance. I think it worked out to be something like 33 percent. They didn't have any other loot on the table than the mount, so the way loot worked was the game would decide whether you got loot first, and then if you did, it would select what from the table. So the dracthyr had to win the first hidden roll, but if they did, they were guaranteed to get the mount, instead of having a much higher chance for ten other things from the loot table.
I don't play Retail, but in Classic, I feel like there's some prestige in having rare mounts and I was always impressed by Time-Lost, and the raid mounts. I never saw the Gladiator mounts or the 25 man no death AT ones, but I would have been very impressed by them. I was never really impressed with Scarab Lord because it's sort of something you got being in the right place at the right time, and it's kind of dull, but I know others were impressed by it. For Retail, I think mounts don't have that same wow factor because there are so many of them starting around Cata that, as you said, are really only relevant from expansion to expansion. You have to really be in the mount collecting scene to notice them (especially ones that are simply recolours) and when that's the case, it loses some of its luster. It's just another mount for the non-collectors.
if you think getting scarab lord is just being at the right place at the right time, idk what to tell you 🤷♂️ especially when getting Time Lost Proto Drake is quite literally just being at the right place at the right time😂😂
@@zuggypoo If you started after the gates opened up, you have no chance of getting it, and I know there's a long questline to go along with it that requires effort but at the end of the day its a black recolour of an AQ40 bug that requires being able to get a bunch of people to help you before the gates open and a bunch of tedious grinding. If you have a guild that's got your back, a lot of free time, and on phase 3 of Vanilla WOW, you can get it. On my small server in WOTLKC there was at least 3 or 4 people that had the title and mount, so it's not as rare as maybe a retail player's experience might be.
Trying to make these mounts stay stupidly rare isn't as good as elitests think. It doesn't make you want to keep trying, it's so rare that it makes you want to give up. And most of the time, people do. If someone gets a mount easily that took me years to obtain, so what? It doesn't make it worse.
I think it was less to do with prestige but more to do with dedication and luck on raid mounts. Back then, you have to have lots of DKP and the luck for certain mounts to drop. Then you would have to bid against your fellow guildmates for certain rare mounts.
My only hope is that they never give people my EXTREMELY rare brewfest ram. No seriously. I have the blue quality brewfest ram because my hunter hit 40 right as it was made available for the first and last time in brewfest. I have never seen anyone else with it and have won mount comps because if it. Did I earn it? yes technically, but no not really. But I still hold it over peoples heads. Also I never got my code for the big blizzard bear from buying the blizzcon pay per view and I'm still salty about that because my friend did...
I farmed Invincible and Alar for years before earning them. I could not care less if other people earn them the "easy" way. I'd be happy to see other people with the same mounts as me, if I want to brag I can link achievements
Great video, I think what truly destroys the prestige of mounts is the fact that at all times we are being bombarded with "new" models and recollors which, for the most part, are sold by merchants for some specific event currency. ..which makes it a bit banal for you to collect mounts. There should be more unique mounts, challenging to obtain, beautiful...like the ones in the store...Than a bunch of mounts that you will get by farming a coin for half an hour in the game.
You have red dragon which you buy from getting exalted, blue dragon which is a 1% drop, yellow dragon which comes from a profession, green dragon which comes from Glory of the achievement and purple dragon which comes from the store.
People are just mad that Blizzard made them waste X amount of thier life farming weeklys and then someone like me with less than 50 hours in the game now has the same mount for 2 hours work on Remix. Weekly mount farming is the problem from my ignorant opinion. I don't want to farm something every week for the next 10 years, and now you know you might even get it faster waiting for the remix event.
Personally when it comes to mounts i don’t care if they become easier to get later on, i just like collecting them as a hobby; and for mounts i put a lot of personal effort into, like my shadowflame proto-dragon skin i feel proud of it. Other mounts i have took way less effort but i still feel pride in how i got them. And thats all that really matters to me, how i feel about them not how others feel about them.
I have the Zhevra mount from way back when. I dont care that Blizz made it less rare. I saw that mount as someone that you could pinpoint as being a long time wow player. Now, you cant just assume that. Blizzard has gotten to the point where everyone deserves everything and I think thats a travesty.
I don’t think rare drops are a problem. You can accumulate a lot of money either through skillful grinding or by playing the lottery; both methods are acceptable. Let those who enjoy grinding continue to do so, and those who prefer trying their luck with the lottery keep at it. The game's rules shouldn't be altered just because one group is more vocal.
"50k bronze is a lot" Well so far from the PRT it seems like it will take you about 15-20h (I would argue it will take under 10h). I would like it take longer... -I know you can buy most of then from AH, but lets be real, MOST of mount collectors do NOT do that - they just farm it them self and if I can get raid drop/w-boss mount within 15h of mindless grind, then its way to EZ tbh
great video lots of great points... Ive been wanting invincible for forever but now the drop rate is impossible and I dont need that stress... and ANY UPDATES ON THE JEWELED PANTHERS???? I cant afford them in the auction house folks also I cant make them cuz this one ingredient is ALSO expensive.....
my suggestion if you don't have any gold is to level up some alts and you'll have a good chunk of change, got my transmog yak after getting about 6 classes to max, plus you'll have more alts to grind mounts!

I really want the invincible reins mount but u didn't play in WoTLK when the drop rate was feasible. If they had some event in which you could buy it like how this remix mop thing is you bet in a heartbeat I'd be there
Yeah its true - since the wow token was added nothing has any value. There may have been carrys back in vanilla-wrath, but I played trough all of them an never saw a single post about it. On my sever at least carries weren't a thing. So yeah - only things that you got back then and have been removed have any value left...
i wasnt allowed to get the black scarab because i was dwarf, and humans get more rep. so i had to help him farm it. by the time i got the item it wasnt allowed. also disagree with xayru, and meh i feel i should be allowed to get it other ways, i dont want to sit there to farm. waiting to even try and spawn it. and fight for a spawn. alfksgkljashbglkajshg;askgb;asljkgbaslgfb

They didnt give out any mounts that have any prestiege attached to them... Just stupid luck. I've been farming the sha mount on 8 characters for 12 years... Not prestige, just RNG. Prestige would be giving people the AOTC mounts or the challenge mode mounts... Thats not what Blizz is doing. People just want something to cry about because they have nothing better to do. Zulian tiget dropped for me the last day you could run that raid and it was the first time I ever took someone with me... of course it got ninjad and the dude, who was a core raid member, quit the guild and moved servers.
and fyi i been farming mounts since you first could. just because i didnt have the RNG as they did. i probably farmed more than some people. so.... why should i not get them?
@zuggypoo Please update us when and if you get one! 🙏 Just recently started watching your videos, and they are super comforting to watch, I love the pacing and how well they're dispositioned throughout the whole thing. Keep up the good work!
Mounts are mostly useless. I for myself never got a mount but I do know of using one in Kalonline and it being bad enough. I just did better for not using a mount. Runescape is better as a game that doesn't use mounts. But pets are nice for Runescape and their boosting a skill.
Every non-basic mount I have in WOW has a memory tied to it, I'm not sure if that's the case for other collectors, but its kind of part of the experience.
I find it funny that people think that being lucky is perfectly fine, but spending shitload of gold that maybe 0.01% of players have (or even less) is bad? I have almost 500 mounts, I was lucky few times, other times I was super unlucky (almost 100 kills and still can't get Raven Lord from Anzu lol) - like 99% of those mounts are worthless anyway. The only ones that actually matter are the ones obtained by skill/time investment. With the mount "inflation" no one in the sane mind should care about "prestige" anyway. It's not 2006 where half of the Orgrimmar will stop to look at you just because you have some cool mount. I feel like most people complaining about those things are people who are playing the game half of their life, have no problem sinking thousands of hours just to see some pixels on the screen. And I'm saying it as someone who wasted a lot of time of my life playing WoW...
So you lost all interest in a game, just because they gave everyone a mount that you feel only you should have because you had a friend with money 10 years ago🤭😂

the fact people whine and complain about the prestige loss for mounts is just pathetic, you want prestige gtfo and go do something with your life, jesus christ.
Luck in the game is not prestigious. AOTC, seasonal title etc. are prestigious. A lot of ppl go and kill Sha of Anger and they just dont have luck for drop. If they want make prestigous mount they should delete them when next expansion start. Same thing with achivement. Im working hard for meta-achivemnt Dragoflight - why ppl can obaint this much more easily in next expansion? For me its funny why ppl dont see diffrence bettwen luck and prestigious.
I feel it will be harder next expansion, people won’t wanna go back, and many of those achievements are 10x faster with groups, but groups aren’t gonna be farming DF world content next expansion
There hasn't been any prestige in having a mount, much less anything, unless it was ACTUALLY FOMO gated, for OVER A FUCKING DECADE NOW - because Blizzard can't be bothered to implement mythic challenge raids or what have you on max level, like FF14 does. So stop whining. Those mounts are irrelevant at this point.
People need to understand that there is zero prestige in anything WoW-related. You can't flex your gladiator title in a job interview. It's fake, it's not real and you really shouldn't get angry about any of it. It's fine to care about a game, but if the thing you care about directly contradicts with other people's fun, then, I'm sorry, but you are being a huge loser and need to touch grass. I feel prestige related to my "the Blazing"-title, but that's free for anyone to go and get in an expansion's time.
I mean did these mounts ever _really_ have prestige? I mean it was just dumb luck and no skill so I'd hardly call them "earned" with the old method, at least the bronze vendors mean you earn it through diligence playing the event.

To all of those who are angry that their little mount isn't as rare: Womp, womp, womp, hahahaha get over the elitism and relax a little 🤣
The fact is Blizzard encouraged this culture of mounts. People get sucked on to mount farms, and that 1% drop keeps them subscribed.
Actually for that korkron juggernaut they made it easier, now as soon as you walk in the raid there is a skip straight to the last boss
Womp womp, I did the same, still don’t care that it’s easier for others to get it now
@@zuggypoo Instead of working towards somthing, They just play content that isn't even related to buy it. You have to realise this is bad for player engagement and length of the game. Why would anyone keep playing if you can just log on the first month of a new "Event" and just buy all the mounts. Leading even more to lockout logging because people can just buy content instead of playing the game.
Actually earning currency to buy it is more working towards it than rng drops ever will be :)
So the dracthyr had to win the first hidden roll, but if they did, they were guaranteed to get the mount, instead of having a much higher chance for ten other things from the loot table.
gladiator carry where so much common in the old days
it was way more simple to do win trading too and the field was way way more easier
It doesn't make it worse.
it just hurts more...
Its all just Pixels that cease to exist when the power goes out ....
There should be more unique mounts, challenging to obtain, beautiful...like the ones in the store...Than a bunch of mounts that you will get by farming a coin for half an hour in the game.
i remember the jaina mount from bfa was kind of unique and cool to get
You have red dragon which you buy from getting exalted, blue dragon which is a 1% drop, yellow dragon which comes from a profession, green dragon which comes from Glory of the achievement and purple dragon which comes from the store.
Always was
I got mine back in MOP I'm happy other ppl can get it easy
I don’t think rare drops are a problem. You can accumulate a lot of money either through skillful grinding or by playing the lottery; both methods are acceptable. Let those who enjoy grinding continue to do so, and those who prefer trying their luck with the lottery keep at it. The game's rules shouldn't be altered just because one group is more vocal.
"50k bronze is a lot"
Well so far from the PRT it seems like it will take you about 15-20h (I would argue it will take under 10h).
« I don’t need that stress « you sound like a crazy person now
according to my addon only 0.03% of all accounts have the mount BQ Battle Tank and only 0.03% have the BQ War Tanl
The war tank was an hd version given to all scarab lords later on
My prestigious mounts are my glad mounts :p and I guess plagued proto is still kinda cool even tho it’s just a gold mount. My urzul is special because I got first drop 😂
I really want the invincible reins mount but u didn't play in WoTLK when the drop rate was feasible. If they had some event in which you could buy it like how this remix mop thing is you bet in a heartbeat I'd be there
I’m sure that day will come eventually
Yeah its true - since the wow token was added nothing has any value. There may have been carrys back in vanilla-wrath, but I played trough all of them an never saw a single post about it. On my sever at least carries weren't a thing. So yeah - only things that you got back then and have been removed have any value left...
i wasnt allowed to get the black scarab because i was dwarf, and humans get more rep. so i had to help him farm it. by the time i got the item it wasnt allowed. also disagree with xayru, and meh i feel i should be allowed to get it other ways, i dont want to sit there to farm. waiting to even try and spawn it. and fight for a spawn. alfksgkljashbglkajshg;askgb;asljkgbaslgfb
and i had tavians mount 7 days after it dropped. lol cause they added a new achievement you had to get
Its a limited time event
969 mounts here and I agree completely with this. It’s been 10 years let the filthy casuals have them now.
Prove it
You have everything so value nothing. Those with nothing perceive the value of everything.
@@HadoukenHero with MOP remix mounts I have 1003 mounts now. I value my time and the over 1000 kills for the sha for more than 10 years of playing. Just so some noobs can spend a little bronze to get it instantly. So yea I do value my time and want it back.
You said it best! army of alts killing a mob every15 min isn't skill! it's dumb luck! always was! Oh ya got the mount in mist lucky you i guess?! people just making up controversy out of nothing! People that actually play wow right now are excited to get the mounts they still don't have after 10 years! Meanwhile I have all the mounts and I'm supper happy I already have them so I can just skip farming for them in the MoP event and focus on all the new shit! Only controversy I see are haters hating saying "Wow is dead" ya been hearing that for 20 years now bud! get a life!
talking about random luck drops....i got the trading card version of swift spectral tiger....but now it wont fly
put the tusks in aswell and we re good
I think the only worthless mounts are Ground Mounts.
Is there a zuggypoo discord group anywhere? 👀
Eventually I’ll make one if my channel grows bigger
"Fully unobtainable"?? "1 in 2,000 percent"???????????????????????? LMAO
HUH
Once you main Druid you never waste time on mounts
Im a druid main and still collect mounts just to use my travel form anyways
Its not about using the mount its about HAVING the mount
And I'm saying it as someone who wasted a lot of time of my life playing WoW...
i lost all intrest in wow when they added the zebra to the trading post. (14:00) it was the rarest mount i had and they just gave it away.
So you lost all interest in a game, just because they gave everyone a mount that you feel only you should have because you had a friend with money 10 years ago🤭😂
@@zuggypoo its not just that, they give away TCG mounts for free, blizzard is a sellout. i see no reason spending time getting rare mounts, when they will give them away in a few years. they should add a reskin or something of the original mount that looks similar.
u don't spend any time in game to get either of the mounts you named..
@@zuggypoo am i talking about just those mounts? i can tell you are the guy who just wants everthing for free. go cry somewhere else.
its a good change :D
man i had a 100k gold in cata and wish i bought a mount lol now i wish i had 6million gold 2 buy the wooly rhino
When I was young the magic rooster would be online for like $500.. I’d give anything for it to be that price again🥹
@@zuggypoo and a cloudsong glaive
Mount farming is totally a time waste with no use at all. Mounts are useless. Thats my conclusion after years of wow.
the fact people whine and complain about the prestige loss for mounts is just pathetic, you want prestige gtfo and go do something with your life, jesus christ.
I feel it will be harder next expansion, people won’t wanna go back, and many of those achievements are 10x faster with groups, but groups aren’t gonna be farming DF world content next expansion
noice
There hasn't been any prestige in having a mount, much less anything, unless it was ACTUALLY FOMO gated, for OVER A FUCKING DECADE NOW - because Blizzard can't be bothered to implement mythic challenge raids or what have you on max level, like FF14 does.
So stop whining. Those mounts are irrelevant at this point.
Lmao retail is just a mount farm simulator quite sad
Uhhh, no, it’s just something you can do if you choose, retail has many different play styles
Cry baby cry 😂
i don't think you watched the video if you think im the crybaby here 🤪
