this model home of the widsor is literally 800,000$ its insane this builder is a rip off their options are insane. that metal fence for the stairs and catwalk is 27,000$!!!!!! a simple walk in shower start price is $11,000!!! i couldnt believe it when they told me these prices… dont get fulled by that 450k you get basically the shell of this home and simple extra add-ons that you’d expect to already be included are going to double that price.
