I grew up in Columbia Station and my Grandma lived there for 46 years! My 30 year class reunion is coming up. This brings back many happy memories! 😊 Thank You
Favourite feature is definitely the big room with nothing in it even though I like smaller rooms to hold my stuff in bigger rooms give a more comfortable feel
The house is spacious but the two different colors in the kitchen is tacky. I don't like that at all. The master bathroom was very nice but the toilet was wedged between the sink and tub which would be uncomfortable if a bigger sized person bought that house. The bathroom has potential to be alot better. Whoever built the house didn't have that in mind, i guess. I think I liked the back yard the best with all the cooking amenities. The one thing that drove me crazy watching this video is the stains in the driveway. You would think that having a home such as this one the previous owners would have kept leaky vehicles off of the driveway. Yikes!
No hate but 1.1 million for a poorly planned mcmansion without a pool? I’m from atlanta so most of our big mcmansions are 5 bedrooms but I don’t see how a 5700 sqft house doesn’t have 5 bed. It doesn’t even have 2 living rooms or a hearth downstairs. No two story great room. Like what is this house doing?! The master is nice but the bathroom has no windows in it. This whole house just seems small for the square footage it supposedly has
Ok so Columbus,Ohio is either 2or4 hrs away from Cleveland. I've lived in Cleve my whole life you meant want to change the title with just Columbus, Ohio
@@monicajackson5609 Sorry for the late reply, but yeah its a very rural town in Lorain county that is surrounded by big suburbs. You get that small town America feel, but you're also just minutes from city life. Can't beat it in my opinion.
The owners suite is terrible for the size of the house. Why would you have a huge bathroom and squeeze the toilet between a big jacuzzi tub and double sink? I'm a big guy and can't imagine buying this huge house and having to bang my knees to take a dump. There should have been a water closet with space and privacy. This is where I stop viewing and click on the next video. I've seen enough.

If you are from California, you won't complain. 1 to 2 bedroom homes sale at that price range with a small front and backyard.
