Great seminar, very interesting ides and subjects was shared. However, the questionnaire at the end surprised me! People started to ask about how to build AI and program! And we got answers related to what an AI project manager should do ! I was expecting questions more about the AI impact in project management domain! There was a few nice question, like how to imply AI in resource management! However, it was great to understand that soft skills are the key to our success in the future as a project manager
The problem is that data that are needed as input for the suggested predictions about project metrics are actually subjectively measured and there are just so many lurking variables. The transciption capabilities of AI will be a big help for MOM's though.
