Anyone who wants to be on the path to true fitness has to accept that the nervous system is essential for longevity.
    Types of lower back pain
Low back pain often develops without a cause that your doctor can identify with a test or an imaging study. Conditions commonly linked to back pain include:
Muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. If you're in poor physical condition, constant strain on your back can cause painful muscle spasms and tensions.
Bulging or ruptured disks. Disks act as cushions between the bones (vertebrae) in your spine. The soft material inside a disk can bulge or rupture and press on a nerve. However, you can have a bulging or ruptured disk without back pain. Disk disease is often found incidentally when you have spine X-rays for some other reason.
Arthritis. Osteoarthritis can affect the lower back. In some cases, arthritis in the spine can lead to a narrowing of the space around the spinal cord, a condition called spinal stenosis.
Osteoporosis. Your spine's vertebrae can develop painful fractures if your bones become porous and brittle.
All of these are symptoms. In this video, we discuss the real cause of low back pain and how to fix it.
    👟Therapeutic Insoles: bit.ly/therape...
Therapeutic Insoles stimulate your nervous system on a continual basis. They target specialized sensory receptors in the skin of your feet. This allows for constant stimulation to your nervous system allowing your brain to create new neural pathways. This enhanced signal improves brain-body communication, facilitating postural alignment. The consistency of the signal permits the brain to adapt to these new motor patterns, eliciting a long-term solution.

Thanks! Sounds great! Walking on barefoot shoes is also often recommended. Is this only possible after you have used the insoles for a while?

You mentioned a test to show your foot alignment? Where could I find that please. My alignment is def off (numerous ankle injuries). Easily visible from shoes wearing on the outside. I'd love these insoles to help me sort it
When you say the insoles have to touch the skin..does that mean it has to be barefoot or could you wear socks in between
Thanks!love the videos and Instagram channel!

Okay so I had a fall landing with my right hip back in April 2021, after the scan they said no broken bone was found but I have been having unbearable pain. It is affecting my right leg so bad now and my both knees. What should I do? 😢
