Good part is you take the effort to solve even the tedious calculations, rather than resorting to just tell the answer after writing down the steps like many others .

My father is from IIT KANPUR and gave IIT in the year 1987😂 as soon as he saw the question, he was like - "I don't wanna see this again 😂"..cauz he made a mistake in this question while dealing with the modulus but somehow got step markings 😂...

Dear sir, love the channel! Just a small clarification, I think the final multiply by 2 step is incorrect since the question mentions only x>0. Final answer will just be 2 + 25/2 (sininverse (4/5)))

@adityaraghuraman Where has x>0 been mentioned?? Above the x axis means y>0 that has been mentioned. Answer is correct.

@@mandar_desai34 I get your point. Generally when a question says "region bounded by x = 0 above the x-axis", the assumption is that we're talking about the first quadrant. Otherwise what's even the point of saying x = 0. Might as well just say above x-axis. To be fair the question does seem poorly worded. Either way, it's a minor detail so I guess best not to lose sleep over it 😅

@@adithyaraghuraman So, finally concluding our debate - Sir's answer IS correct, right?

@@mandar_desai34 I would personally only consider the first quadrant. But look this is a small detail. The bottom line is, Sanjeev sir has beautifully explained all the steps; as long as you understand what's going on, I think it's okay either way :)
