    The thing that amazed me about this movement that when you slow down your walk, it turns into an abdominal exercise as well. It burns so good.

    Great tutorial on this.
    I like to do overhead carries. And add them to my classes I teach. And the Suitcase carry as well :).

    Is there a significant difference if one were to do these Carries with a dumbbell rather than a kettlebell ?

    Goodness who’d have thought it was so complicated? It’s not of course. Functional strength means you need to be in a natural position
