Why when I record only deck 1 is producing sound in the recorded mix? Deck 2 does mix the song in its silent

Hello I downloaded serato dj Pro Juzi but i can't see the Rec button either cos I want to start djing using a laptop only before I get a controller would you please help me with that or do I need to pay for some packages

you need to sign into serato account and activate serato play... Either through subscription, or text me on telegram I send you a cracked serato version for windows PC.

When plugged in your controller, make sure your sample volume is on Master,at the end of the samples bars on seratob, there's 1234then M. Click on M.
