I'm super stoked for this new channel and new content!! I'm "younger," so to speak, so I'm still learning a ton about cars/bikes. I've become interested to the point where I've applied to a local tech school to learn to be a mechanic! I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on this channel to help expand my learning and familiarity with different cars! Much love, Jon! This channel gonna do great!
Some of your best content is when you’re hanging with friends and wrenching. Liking forward to the new content. My first job at 14 was building houses with my Uncle. He was a carpenter and we did the framing, trim, etc. I have no doubt your new channel will be a great success.
My first vehicle was a minivan as well. '89 Aerostar. I was in a band, was good for hauling equipment/people. Then I had a '02 Focus next, first manual transmission. Then a '11 Fusion. Now I've got a Ranger. and a 883.
Excited for the new channel! First job was as a bus boy at Outback and the first car I drove was my family’s ‘97 GMC Safari. Like you I was teased by my fiends at school for driving the “creeper van” complete with a sliding door and I’ve used it plenty to drive everyone around to our favorite spots around town to hang out. 😂
Great American story. From nothing to creating reality from a vision. Congratulations. I can relate. My first car was a 1961 Ford Falcon. 43 HP, 3 on the tree, no syncro in first. That machine taught me how to drive.
Let's roll with it Jon Block! I am probably older than your Dad, so I was into 70 SS Chevelles, C2 & C3 Corvettes, Kawasaki H1 and H2, Ninjas, TransAm, etc. Drag Raced, Road Raced AMA, Flat Track, Late Model Dirt, Modifieds, etc. More broken bones than good ones... When you get old, you have a LOT of history. I have been a deducated motorhead for 58 years. I like your stuff and this new window is good for me!
Good luck with the new channel!! My embarrassing car was a 1980 Mustang, which was actually a sharp car, but the starters always came loose. My girlfriend, now wife, had to use a long stick to push the starter in position when I stated the car. Young, dumb, no money, but I got the girl!
My first was 86’ Thunderbird, 2000 Impala, now an 2018 Honda HRV. I worked as a gas station attendant for 3.75 an hour. Your content, creation, and friends on the show are absolutely stellar and make it what it has become! Your humbleness is what makes people gravitate to the channel! I absolutely love the Blockhead Garage line and now I have already signed up for this one cause I know that I will be learning something great! Congratulations and keep up the fantastic work.
My first car was a 89 Nissan Micra then got 2 saturn, an Elantra GT and now I have a Ram 1500 big horn and I love it! Been following the main channel since the 883 days and I cant wait to see where this one goes :) How's Zuko? My boy (GSD) is almost 6 now! Cheers!
as someone what was born and raised around wrenching cause we did not have the money to just buy new, I have worked on old chargers (currently mom has a 73), beater trucks (dad had too many to count), a pacer that didn't last long, my first car 86 caviler (hooptie for sure), lasted through high school, helpedfriends on their mustangs, taurus, caprice wagon, then to my 91 taurus, then got my first brand new truck 2004 hemi with a 5 speed till 170k miles when the motor said I am done lol.. still have the truck just not the time nor money to get a new motor and make it just a silly rat truck due to all the rust, to a SRT10 which unfortunately the winters here got me and that ended up being totaled. So many other vehicles in between and so true about don't be afraid. There are so many HOW to books one can get for their specific car/truck/suv to be able to turn a wrench and understand it really isn't that scary. The electrical I give you is pretty scary, however I would always check grounds first LOL then fuses.. HAHA.. anyway lookin fwd to seeing what you end up doing cheers. sir.
Great intro video! My first car was a Fiat 128 3P (1976), though my mom's car was a Buick Skyhawk and I wasn't a cool kid in high school. Until this car I have now, I always had a stick so I definitely appreciate anything with a standard transmission. Glad I can be here to follow the journey!
Jon.. no matter what you do.. I will "follow youuuu, follow you wherever you may gooooooo, there isnt a video too deeeeeeep, there isnt an intro too longggggggggg".......... bla blah blah, I couldn't think of an ending.. Super happy for you brother.. keep twisting that "wrenching" wrist..
Yooooo! I followed blockhead way back in the beginning, it’s awesome to see how far you’ve come. Just bought my 24 Scout sixty because of you man! Got a 2002 mustang in the garage on jacks right now… borrowing a Prius in the meantime😓 so i understand the embarrassment
Good luck on the new channel my man! First car was a 1979 Pontiac sunbird with a small block Chevy dropped in it. Cragars, hood pins, glass packs. Thing was a little ripper
DAmn.I remember the Tacoma, and all the build "upgrade" videos on it, and of course the OG 883 vids.I also remember the new house, the garage floor resin, all of it! Also.. Congratulations, DAD! Blessings!
1st job i got was at a Chinese restaurant at the age of 16. my 1st car was a Olds 79 98 . I also had a mazda 3 touring. loved that car. can't wait to see what type of car content you will upload. keep up the good work block
@jonxblock I bothered the guy to show me how the make egg rolls everyday after school for a couple months , so in thw summer he gave me a job making them for a couple hrs a day. lol
Shiiiiiiit. I loved and have been following you since when you first got the iron. New Channel already subbed and bell. Idgaf what you do on the Channels my man. Your content is always on Fire. Your good to all of us and you usher the next generation of enthusiasts to the stage.
Love the vehicle timeline. Here’s mine… #1 1966 Chevy II Nova…230 straight 6 w/ 2 speed power glide. It was totally ragged out….it walked all over the road if you went above 55 mph and at low speeds you could make a perfect left hand turn just by pressing on the brake pedal. #2 1986 Oldsmobile Calais coupe …3.0 V6 and power everything inside. Fun car. #3 1995 Subaru Impreza… The only new car of the bunch…2.2 L boxer. Fun in the snow, but that’s about it. Problems from day one…overall train wreck of a car. #4 2004 Buick Regal LS… Bullet proof GM 3800 V6. Leather interior… Great family cruiser… 211K miles when I sold it. Wish I had that one back. #5 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn. 215K miles and still going strong. #6 2007 Chevy Impala LS… bought for an extra car and something for the kids to drive. It survived two teenagers and a hailstorm of biblical proportions…looked like a golf ball. #7 2011 Chevy Impala LT… sold the Buick for this… mostly a good car but both Impalas had the bad habit of eating gears in the blend door actuator motors behind the glove box…Cheap to replace but a pain to get to. #8 2019 Kia Soul… Last year for the Gen 2 body style. Quirky, but a convenient runaround with good gas mileage…dependable so far. #9 Royal Enfield Classic 350… Bought it new because I wanted a bike and it the price was right and the styling grabbed me. It ain’t fast, but because it looks like it walked right out of the 1950s, it gets lots of comments.
youtube done fucked up. I thought you already left the platform since I haven't had notifications from you for like over a year. Glad that I saw this one from your facebook page. been a subscriber since the how to ride motorcycle days. awesone that you're growing
I’m 53 years old, my first job was lot & lobby at McDonald’s. I put a 100,000 km on my mom’s Hyundai Pony during the 1980’s. Was drifting that car before it was known as drifting 😂 First actually owned car was a 1982 Honda Prelude. Loved that thing. Then it was a mid 90’s Pontiac Grand Am. Next car would be a Mazda CX7, hated that thing. So many engine issues. This is when I bought my first VW. A Wolfsburg Jetta. Drove that for awhile then traded it in for a brand new 2019 VW Golf Sportwagen. Still have the Sportwagen. I also own a 1988 VW cabriolet in Azure blue. Lastly would be my 2002 VW GTI. That cars a blast. The plan is to restore the cabriolet and maintain the GTI. I may modify the Sportwagen but only plan for new wheels next spring. This is the part of my story where I mention my motorcycle. I rode during the 1980’s on a Japanese 100 cc bike. 35 years later and 6 days exactly I get my full motorcycle license. I had friends at the local Harley dealership offer me a 2022 street Bob. Just had to put down $750. I made the mistake of a zero down payment on a 2023 Honda Rebel 500. While I’m on two wheels, I’m not part of the Harley Davidson community as I so badly want to be. Funny part, I pay the exact amount monthly on my Rebel as I would have on that Harley. Also the Harey was a much better interest rate. But hey I’m on two wheels! 😂
Dude, I bought a Honda Fit for the exact (ish) same reason! I got a job 45 miles away and I needed something I could count on, and I definitely wanted better gas mileage. Going from the cool car to a tin box wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be though. The Fit was actually kind of fun with the 5-SPD.
At last! I subscribed as soon as you announced it, for some reason I have a memory of a European Castle? 🤔🤷Anyway, Great to finally see the new channel and good luck. 👍
My list of cars is all over 1984 Dodge Ram D150 1988 Chevy S10 1990 Ford Exploder 1990 Jeep Cherokee 1990 Mazda Miata - POP UPS! 2005 Kia Rio 2005 Kia Spectra 5 2015 Ford Focus - SEL 2015 Ford Fusion - Titanium 2020 Toyota Tacoma TuRD 2022 Ford Maverick - First Edition Hybird 2023 Ford Bronco - Outerbanks 2024 Ford Bronco - BadLands 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 - current I'm sure I'm missing a few... 2019 HD Softail Steet Bob - When I met you at ACE Cafe Orlando 2020 HD Road Glide Special 2024 HD Road Glide - Current Your content gives me that kick to push on with my projects when I hit a lul. Keep it up and thank you for what you do!
First job ever. I was 15, and HARDEE'S! I made fresh biscuits every morning! Back in my day, I drove to my own job and school as I had a work/job permit! Damn... memories yeah the whole East-Bound and Down! WOOT!
So, content crossover, I guess: I was the guy who randomly showed up at your shop back in June (like right after you guys got back from the Czech trip). Lol Thanks, again, for fighting through the trans-Atlantic jet lag to shoot the breeze for a few minutes. You guys were super cool and the shop was amazing! My first job was job was working as a "clerk" (read: book fetcher) at the local community college bookstore while I was in high school. My afternoons were spent unloading pallets; shucking boxes; and hunting down textbooks for students who didn't even know what class they were taking. But, it gave me enough to buy my first car. Wanna fell better about the mini van? I bought a gunmetal gray 1996 Chevrolet Lumina (in 2002) and I swear that thing was made in the former Soviet Union. You had to take one of the engine support struts off and remove the wiper fluid reservoir in order to reach the contacts for the battery to jump it...which happened a lot. I ended up causing a catastrophic failure in the electrical system because of the Kenwood 800w amp and 2x12 Polk Audio subwoofers I put in the trunk. Not sure if it was related, but around the same time, the alternator over-cranked so hard that it shot a ball bearing through the side of the casing. Good times, in hindsight. Lol Looking forward to seeing what you cook up over here to go with the Moto Channel. Best of luck!
Definitely a wise decision making two channels, and looking forward to seeing the cager adventures. Sorry, I am one of those people that when a motovlog channel starts doing cager stuff, I lose interest. It's so hard to find good motorcycle channels compared to the automotive side. And now you'll have two quality channels.
Dude, I’ve watched your videos on the flagship channel for at least 8-9 years. I’ve always wanted a bike and when I saw your Iron, I was hooked. I never pulled the trigger on buying a bike until a couple months ago. I finally said enough was enough. I’m 44 years old and have never ridden, but thanks to you, I do now. Thanks for the videos. Not to make this weird, but I feel like we’re buds, you’ve just never met me. 😂 I remember a time when you didn’t want to show your face because of security reasons. May I ask what changed? Was it just a progression of the channel, or an ever persisting demand from the viewers? People are weird (or curious I guess). Glad the channel continues to grow and I’m here for it. Here for the support, man!
First car at 14 a wrecked 86 monte carlo ss i bought up in jacksonville.fixed it up got my license. Sidenote totaled it and lost said licence. At 16 tho havin a monte ss and a ironhead sportster was fun. Went thru several old cutlass supreme g bodys and old crusty harleys in them days.
First car for me was Dodge Turismo Duster which was a hand me down from my mom. Being a father of 4 I had the mini-van fun too. I had Delta 88, Cadillac DeVille in baby blue, and Dodge Neon SRT 4. Now I only have 2 wheels or 6 wheels (Ford F350 Dually) + 4 more on the toy hauler....
1978 Pontiac Acadian, 2 door, four speed standard… bought er in 1988. Boys called me ‘the blue flame’ on account of the steady trail of blue smoke behind me. I’d pull into the gas station and say fill the oil and check the gas. 😎 I miss that car. 😐
I got lucky with my first job making nfl football helmets, I got a 97 obs chevy almost immediately tuned it up and hot rodded it since it was a 2wd step side, I was 17 years old and I had only worked odd jobs till then, I’m 20 now and I’m getting ready to make a ford svt lightning clone ( but better 😉) it’s a 4x4 so not gonna be a true lightning but hey it is what it is. I also bought my first bike a 81 Yamaha virago and I’m learning to ride mainly from your old videos from like six years ago 🤣 before all that I built hot rods with my uncle as a hobby mainly old mopars ( you name it we’ve probably had it even c body’s) but that’s my full history pretty much
Started with a 66 Mustang convertible with a straight 6. Several Mustang’s, Jeeps, Cadillac’s (06 CTS V was my favorite) trucks to now my daily is a Honda Odyssey with a King Ranch F350 as a back up. 😂. Last 3 years I’ve put more miles annually on 2 wheels than 4.
First real job was stock boy at the local grocery store. Cleaned the butcher shop. First car was a Toyota Camry. First car that I bought was a 1987 Monte Carlo SS. Yes, I’ve spent too much on mods before.
hell yeah bro long long long time subscriber of ur other channel and I too love anything with a motor so look forward to the fresh new content and on of my early cars was a 96 2 door burple Chrysler neon 2.0 5 speed and yes i said burple it was blueish and purplish at the same time called it the Barney mobile
1st car i bought was a 81 citation traded for a 71 charger (rusty but ) also a 84 Daytona turbo z and a 72 matador an idea for a surprisingly good motor is 4.2 Chevy(Atlas) engine I found someone online got 800hp on stock lower end
Asked people if I should LS the Firebird but most voted to keep the engine that's in there! I'll do a deep dive on it in a future video, from engine block / casting numbers, etc
It’s so hard to get into a dealership to work on motorcycles at least where I live. I went to school for it and graduated in April and the Harley dealerships take forever to get back to you. I call them 6-8 times a week and I go in person like 1-2 times a week and they never call me back or the guy is always at meetings.
My 1st job was at the ripe age of 12 at a gun club shooting range about 2.3 miles from home. Road my pedal bike to work a lot. Second job was a stock boy turn into assistant manager for dairy and frozen foods at a local grocery store. Which paid for my 1st vehicle at the age of 16, a 1991 ford mustang convertible 4 banger 😂🤣 (still got a few chicks with that car) but yeah. Drove it for 2 years without a license. Land a construction job making good money so I bought my 1st Kia spectra 2001, dui later turn into buying a used 2000 gmc jimmy (man i miss that pussy wagon lol) fast forward through some years. I'm now on a 2020 street bob, damn near paid off. Looking to purchase a new lowrider st by next riding season. Life is great!! Keep doing whatcha doing block, love the content. Ps I really wish I would have stuck around to meet ya at the meet en greet in Milwaukee for the homecoming rally, maybe next time.
For a long time I drove 91 Nissan Nomad Van (Not sure what they were called outside of Australia) but it was gutless ugly and all my friends made fun of me. But i could sleep in the back and I was the first one they called when a bike broke down and needed a pick up!
Funny how that works, friends are super quick to roast you but soon as they need a ride, they call you up! Was the same for me and the mini van and beat up truck 😂
My first jobs were a janitor for a church once a week and an auto body shop with a salvage yard. My first vehicle was an 88 bronco that had a horrible lifter knock. The knock was so bad that on my first day at the shop the head mechanic stuck his head out the door and asked if it was a diesel 😅
First job was cutting grass to pay for gas in my grand caravan in highschool. Except. I never got made fun of. That was our party bus. Being in Polk County we would all pile in and head to Clearwater or Daytona or universal.
Dude my first vehicle in high school (2003-2004) was an 89 dodge caravan and it had an exhaust…I never once got roasted for it but I can relate, I ended up being the party bus 😂😂
IMMEDIATELY SUBBED!!!! I remember the Ford Probe! Wow! It was supposed to be the cutting-edge futuristic car of its time. I've always appreciated the look and lines of the Subaru WRX. C'mon MAN! Drinking a Cherry Coke makes ya feel old?!?!?!?! Drink one of the gold cans of caffeine-free Diet Coke THEN tell me you feel old...lol. My first car was a 1980 Chevy Chevette. Of course, when asked, I always replied, "I own a Vette!" 🤣🤣🤣 BTW, a catchy title there 😉- You're not literally and physically leaving the Blockhead (and its subscribers) channel behind. But congrats on this new chapter!
Funny you mention those gold cans of caffeine free diet, my grandma always had those at her house... and we've got some in the fridge here, too 😂 I'm just saying, used to be able to drink full sugar coke with no worries! haha
Thought about LS swapping it, but lots voted to keep the original engine in it! I'll do a deep dive on this channel of that engine, but it's pretty stout. Needs a tune on the carb though, has a tough time starting without starter fluid, haha
@jonxblock sweet! A third gen. Looked like it from the pic. I'm looking forward to seeing car stuff on here. Caught a glimpse of that box opener I sent ya. Haha. I do be missin' the home garage vids
Oh dang. I got hired in late ‘99. My sibling vouched for me as it was one of the few places near us that would hire kids on a work permit. I was in concessions and box office, selling tickets. Luckily didn’t have to deal with cleaning theaters and the puke. Only heard those horror stories, especially after the release of the original Blair Witch Project and the shaky camera work.
Dude hell yeah. Now you can see my comments again!! Jk lol blockhead does great responding to my pointless comments!! Love ya man keep it up I’m rooting for ya!!
PS my list is? 63 Ford compact, 69 Ford Falcon,70 Ford Falcon,77 Falcon ,72 Cadillac Deville,67 Buick Electra 430 Big block, electric blue. 73 Chevy Caprice 400 small block, 2 c4 corvettes, and Right now a 2017 S550 mustang and I froth the fuck outa it. Awwww shit yeah🎉
You are DEFINITELY not the only one who went "car poor" in your younger days by spending too much money on car mods. Those were the days... also in terms of embarrassing rides I rocked a '95 Plymouth Neon for a couple years. Ugh.
Not my first job but I managed a bar once. One guy apparently made a mess of his underwear and put it in the toilet tank which forced the toilet to keep running and flood out the bathroom. I left soon after that.
I’m not a car guy but I love your moto content and everything you do, so so you got another subscriber here!
I'm super stoked for this new channel and new content!! I'm "younger," so to speak, so I'm still learning a ton about cars/bikes. Now I’m here for this one!
Excited for you bro!

@jonxblock I bothered the guy to show me how the make egg rolls everyday after school for a couple months , so in thw summer he gave me a job making them for a couple hrs a day. lol
Makes sense. Especially since you don’t want to hurt your main channel. My first job was a dishwasher at an Italian restaurant.
Excited for the vid here. 1st job was a dish washer at the hospital. 1st car was a '72 chevy nova. Bike Life/Car Craze
Sick first car! Ooph, dish washer at a hospital sounds rough, I hate the smell of hospitals, lol

Looking forward to the BMW videos , I have a 2002 E46 and hope to get some knowledge from the new channel on how to work on it
Perfect outro! I am an engine mechanic at a ford dealer and everyone that I talk to about it, I tell them it’s just nuts and bolts

I’m 53 years old, my first job was lot & lobby at McDonald’s. I put a 100,000 km on my mom’s Hyundai Pony during the 1980’s. Was drifting that car before it was known as drifting 😂
First actually owned car was a 1982 Honda Prelude.
European castle in Czechia, maybe? lol

Keep it up and thank you for what you do!
Blockhead!! I was like who is this on my feed??? First car was a 2002 dodge neon. Taught me everything I know. I miss that car
Ahoy! Welcome to the new new, haha. 02' Dodge Neon, pretty sure you can find those for hella cheap now. Scoop one and LS swap it, haha
Been here since your announcement! LET'S GOOOO JON!!! or J as I've been calling you for years lol Blessings!
First job ever. I was 15, and HARDEE'S! I made fresh biscuits every morning! Back in my day, I drove to my own job and school as I had a work/job permit! Damn... memories yeah the whole East-Bound and Down! WOOT!
Ayeeee thanks Derek! Dang I remember the work / job permit days, haha.
Lol
Looking forward to seeing what you cook up over here to go with the Moto Channel. Best of luck!
Wishing you all the best Jon
Thanks Nic!
Congratulations, big fan!
Looking forward to seeing new content
First car, 79 Malibu Classic 4 door, V-6
Current, 2012 GTI 2.0T with a 6 speed.
Can’t wait to take it too the Dragon.
Good for you, man. Do your thing 🤘🤘🤘
2001 New Beetle Sport. 150 turbo charged HP. 5-speed manual and 30 MPGs, but man that turbo lag was so much fun.
That's awesome! Was always surprised how roomy those were on the inside, haha
I remember a time when you didn’t want to show your face because of security reasons.
Congrats on your success Jon! Looking forward to more content. 🤙🏼 #grabawrench #itsjustnutsandbolts
1978 Pontiac Acadian, 2 door, four speed standard… bought er in 1988. Boys called me ‘the blue flame’ on account of the steady trail of blue smoke behind me. I’d pull into the gas station and say fill the oil and check the gas. 😎
I miss that car.
I also bought my first bike a 81 Yamaha virago and I’m learning to ride mainly from your old videos from like six years ago 🤣 before all that I built hot rods with my uncle as a hobby mainly old mopars ( you name it we’ve probably had it even c body’s) but that’s my full history pretty much
Now I can say I was here from the beginning 😂😂🎉 can’t wait to see what you got coming
Hell yeah!
I’m stoked for the giveaway tonight! 11 hours left
First real job was stock boy at the local grocery store. Cleaned the butcher shop. First car was a Toyota Camry. First car that I bought was a 1987 Monte Carlo SS. Yes, I’ve spent too much on mods before.
Congrats on the new channel would love to see you guys hook up a VW Rabbit GTi or VW Rabbit Diesel pick up.
hell yeah bro long long long time subscriber of ur other channel and I too love anything with a motor so look forward to the fresh new content and on of my early cars was a 96 2 door burple Chrysler neon 2.0 5 speed and yes i said burple it was blueish and purplish at the same time called it the Barney mobile
If you do Warhammer you should do that on here too don't know why I wanna say that but looking forward to seeing new stuff from you specifically
New torque converter cost me three weeks of Raman eating! So worth it though! :) Thanks for bringing back some good (now) memories.
😊😊
Gotta get crafty with them ramen recipes! I'd add butter, garlic and pasta sauce. Bam, spaghetti ramen, haha
@@jonxblock great idea…I used hard boiled eggs and lunch meat…pho Raman
1st car i bought was a 81 citation traded for a 71 charger (rusty but ) also a 84 Daytona turbo z and a 72 matador an idea for a surprisingly good motor is 4.2 Chevy(Atlas) engine I found someone online got 800hp on stock lower end
OH boy NEON... DAMN man you brought back some Tube nightmares! LOL
Cool intro video. I would be curious of the ram truck stuff. And umm LS TransAm?
Asked people if I should LS the Firebird but most voted to keep the engine that's in there! I'll do a deep dive on it in a future video, from engine block / casting numbers, etc
@jonxblock yeah it's a different ball game if it's all original drivetrain for sure!
It’s so hard to get into a dealership to work on motorcycles at least where I live. I went to school for it and graduated in April and the Harley dealerships take forever to get back to you. I call them 6-8 times a week and I go in person like 1-2 times a week and they never call me back or the guy is always at meetings.
Subscribed my Dude, yep gonna froth this shit yeeeeew🎉😊
Yee!
Hell yeah 🙌🏽🤘🏽
For a long time I drove 91 Nissan Nomad Van (Not sure what they were called outside of Australia) but it was gutless ugly and all my friends made fun of me. But i could sleep in the back and I was the first one they called when a bike broke down and needed a pick up!
Funny how that works, friends are super quick to roast you but soon as they need a ride, they call you up! Was the same for me and the mini van and beat up truck 😂
Haha, I had a Diahatsu Charade (miss this car!), '83 model, then a '07 corsa light sport, then my '17 Iron 883, then my '17 103 Dyna Street Bob!
Pecan pie. Another great video 🫡🤙🏽
My first job was a car wash attendant. I was 14. First car was an 81 Buick regal. I too remember the days before RUclips 😂
I've had a ton of cars over the years but the standouts are the 1969 Cadillac Eldorado and the 1993 Mitsubishi Montero I just picked up for $1,500.
The beard is also coming in amazing
Thanks brotherrrrr. It's getting more 'wisdom' in it, ugh, lol
Keen to see more of the car content
Are you and Kruesi going to do a Drifter Build off? Would love to see that.
That'd be sick, and we did talk about it! BUT... he posted up his C5 or sale 🥲
My first vehicle was a Toyota SR5 pickup b\way back in1976....
First job was cutting grass to pay for gas in my grand caravan in highschool. Except. I never got made fun of. That was our party bus. Being in Polk County we would all pile in and head to Clearwater or Daytona or universal.
Dude my first vehicle in high school (2003-2004) was an 89 dodge caravan and it had an exhaust…I never once got roasted for it but I can relate, I ended up being the party bus 😂😂
my first car was a '94 Geo Metro.
We out here
Cool! Here for it!
I’ve only been waiting for this channel for a couple of years now. Looking forward to some “💩box” content. 😈
Dude, you've known it was coming for awhile, finally! lol, let's get some GTR content thooooo 🔥
@@jonxblock 😂💯 we definitely got to get the GTR on here. 🤘🏼
Of course, when asked, I always replied, "I own a Vette!" 🤣🤣🤣
BTW, a catchy title there 😉- You're not literally and physically leaving the Blockhead (and its subscribers) channel behind. But congrats on this new chapter!
Funny you mention those gold cans of caffeine free diet, my grandma always had those at her house... and we've got some in the fridge here, too 😂 I'm just saying, used to be able to drink full sugar coke with no worries! haha
@jonxblock Yessir getting old sucks! But the memories are awesome! Congratulations and all the best on the new channel!
A friend of mine got a raptor. Horrible noise in the cab. Wind noise and rattle. It was quick for what it was
What was the noise? I looked at a few Gen 1's before purchasing, lots of abused ones out there!
my mom had a ford windstar. my brother drove it and took us everywhere to skateboard. also, didnt realize you like flat boards....
Nice! Hell yeah, Zero was my go to, decks were damn near indestructible.
Should drop a turbo ls in that trans am!
Thought about LS swapping it, but lots voted to keep the original engine in it! I'll do a deep dive on this channel of that engine, but it's pretty stout. Needs a tune on the carb though, has a tough time starting without starter fluid, haha
My very first legit job was a place called lollicup. It was a hawaiian bbq/boba spot back in 06.
What year was your Tacoma? I currently have a 2018 TRD 4x4
I think it was a 2019, before the refresh! Great trucks, gotta love how they retain their value, too, haha
@jonxblock sweet! A third gen. Looked like it from the pic. I'm looking forward to seeing car stuff on here. Caught a glimpse of that box opener I sent ya. Haha. I do be missin' the home garage vids
smoking tires / burning rudder.... sure.... ... was at the begging of Blockhead sooo why not.... I'm down !
First job: Fry cook at a chicken joint. $1.35 per hour starting off.
Motorcycle/car parts or Food, dude you can't ride a can of soup. Subscribed!
"you can't ride a can of soup" got me 😂
My first job was also at a movie theater.
Nice! Mine was around the OG Spiderman times, haha
Pointless comments are my favorite! lol thanks Flores 👊🏼
Good list!
You are DEFINITELY not the only one who went "car poor" in your younger days by spending too much money on car mods.
Those were the days... also in terms of embarrassing rides I rocked a '95 Plymouth Neon for a couple years. Ugh.
Memorable days for sure, but I do NOT miss worrying about how much gas I put in the tank, lol
Not my first job but I managed a bar once. One guy apparently made a mess of his underwear and put it in the toilet tank which forced the toilet to keep running and flood out the bathroom. I left soon after that.
