My wife bought one of those last year. I of course had already started my seeds when I usually start by what I'm planting, Usually Peppers and tomatoes. But we looked up when we were supposed to start compared to our last frost date and it gave us a Month later date. So for us in Zone 7B at the time, it was way off. A good thing to look into is when your last frost date is for your area. If starting Peppers, count back on a calendar 12 weeks. IF, there is a Full Moon in or around that Timespan, wait til about 3-4 days after the Full Moon. If planting Tomatoes, count back 8 weeks from the last frost date. Same thing goes for the Full Moon thing. NEVER plant seeds of any kind on a Full Moon. Your seeds will either rot or your plants won't produce good.
