Really nice video sir, For eating arbi's leaf, you have to cut out the leaf veins (patte ki nas) that is visible at 8:29 and even the small ones between the leaf, if you don't remove it, you'll feel itching sensation. We cut it off before making Patra. Something that my mother told me 😄

Dalo or Taro roots and leaves are cooked in coconut milk and is a favorite. Patra is also made from the leaves. You should try looking up our Fiji Islands and learn more about our foods. My ancestors are from MP region. I think you will find it very interesting. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Arbi leaves contains cystoliths and raphides (micro thorns) which get pierced inside our mouth and throat when we eat that. After eating, consuming any citric fruit including lemon and tamarind reduces the problem as the acid in that fruit destroyes raphides.

i do lot of work out - good question - i gained 3 and a half kg weight after Gujarat and Shimla tour....
till today morning i have been able to lose only 2 kgs.... but yes i am committed to running daily and exercising as well want to reach back 80 kgs before i leave for Meghalaya.....

अरबी का पत्ता ऐसे ही न खाये उसे खूजली रहती है, आपने देखा होगा की हॉटेल वालो ने उसमे इमली ऍड की जो इसी के लगे ताकी खूजली न आये।
