started it yesterday, finished it today. I saw a fan made trailer of it yesterday and thought “hey that looks neat” so i decided to read it blind knowing nothing about the story and man is it a fun time. Sucks i’m caught up. I’ll hop back on it a year from now so i can binge like 40 chapters, or if they announce an anime. That aside, definitely one of the best under appreciated mangas out there for sure.
I recently visited Poland and picked this up as a souvenir. I don't understand anything 😂 but the artwork is nice. Also gotta say polish manga was insane. Way better paper and print quality (at least on the things I saw). Most of them had sleeve covers and Dorohedoro for example had a textured pattern on it based on the character displayed. Vol 1 had scales since it had Cayman. Manga was also way cheaper. Got the gachiakuta volume for £5.5
That’s awesome! Did you enjoy your trip? Yeah manga in different countries (France, Netherlands, for example) have such great quality! And having the book flaps as well is so cool.
@@TheNerdLounge it was nice. Just a small city break. Nice places with a lot of history but people were acting way different from what I got used to in the UK. No small talk and more reserved.

I think this is defo one that is lining up an anime announcement soon. It’s also SO GREAT going in blind and slowly finding stuff out!

@@TheNerdLounge The first time I noticed the differences in manga was with frieren and spyxfamily which had some cool extras for the french releases.
Sounds like you praise it a little more than Kagurabatchi.
I'm sold 😊
I can’t lie, from a first impressions standpoint - this one is MUCH better. Definitely worth having a read on the SJ app!
