Hello, I am sorry for that. However, I do 14 rounds for 22 oz before starting with the leaves and flowers. I also make 13 dc for round one, dc inc throughout R2 (total of 28), and (dc, inc) for round three (39). I hope this helps! Also, I apologize for the late response! ^^
After round 3 (dc, inc) you can make the base bigger by making the next round 2dc inc if it still doesn’t fit you can make R4 for your base 3dc inc until it fits
