Hello, i don't mean to be rude or anything, just wanna recommend to maybe mention how many stiches there are after each row. This would help so much to know if we're missing a stitch or added too much. Yet all in all, your videos really great and I'm very thankful that you shared this pattern for free❤ I'm making a ton of this for my fam
That is a great suggestion, thank you so much! I’ll note it for my future tutorials 🥰 I hope you and your fam love your new holder, how sweet of you to crochet for them 💕
7:08 wait what would I do if I wanted a bigger base🫤 my water bottle is bugger and needs another round but I’m still kinda new so I don’t know the pattern.
Hey! To add another row for the base follow on the pattern for row 3 and add another 1 dc between each pair of 2dc. For example, the pattern for row 3 is: 2dc, 1dc, 2dc, 1dc.. repeat If you want a bigger base for your fourth row the pattern would be: 2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 2dc repeat And the fifth row for the pattern would be: 2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 1dc, 2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 1dc, 2dc repeat And just keep going until you’re happy with the size of the base and then you can follow the pattern for the body! Does that help?
@@kristineclairetongan9356 hey!! For the length of my strap, I used a total of less than 100g of yarn! I had two 50g of yarn balls for the two colours and still had a fair bit left after making the holder :) hope that helps!

@@alicescrochetcorner yes that helps thank you so much I actually just finished this project today for a smaller bottle thanks for the tutorial! ❤️ will for sure be using some of your other ones!

@@shanewenceslao5224 hey! I think it’s 595ml/20oz :) if you need bigger / smaller it is customisable too! If you need a bigger base let me know and I can help with the pattern ☺️
@@shanewenceslao5224 as your bottle is smaller, I think the pattern in the video would still work for your bottle. The base should be about the same size (3 rounds of the base). As your bottle is smaller, you can do less rounds of the body so it fits your bottle.
I've also received some feedback that attaching the strap in this video was a bit confusing. So, I've filmed another RUclips video that shows you step by step an easier way to crochet the hem and attach the strap, achieving the same look. If you're interested, once you're up to 14:50 of this video, you can find the next video here: ruclips.net/video/c7XKqoWCCLQ/видео.html. Happy crocheting!
It could be a couple of reasons, I recommend loosening the tension to see if it helps the circle lie flat or switching to a bigger hook can help as well ☺️ Hopefully that helps!
