    The defendant is a bold-faced liar & probably couldn't tell the truth if his life dependant on it. Does the defendant really think that anyone, much less the judge, believes that a phantom car was ever at this scene? What a complete ding-dong.

    Your better off letting the person hit you than trying to swerve only to hit oncoming traffic, drive into a ditch or hit another car while the "person" drives off unscathed and your stuck with the bill

    • @shaydaslays
      @shaydaslays 10 месяцев назад

      I don't agree with that. As a motorist you should try to minimize the damage. If you ever drive on an icy road you'll understand. Not saying in this situation the defendant was right. But if a car is coming at me yes I'm trying my hardest not to get hit. I'm very good at driving for other people and can tell when an idiot driver is approaching. I take the steps I need to avoid them.

    • @markbrandon7359
      @markbrandon7359 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@shaydaslays Obviously you haven't watched as many "can't drive" vids as I have time after time you see the person swerve only to crash and burn while the idiot driver speeds off not even stopping to see if their ok? Hit the brakes and if you can clearly see you have room to make a safe lane change do so but to make a panic swerve is insane once your car is sideways and grabs traction your either heading off the road or into oncoming traffic

    • @shaydaslays
      @shaydaslays 10 месяцев назад

      @@markbrandon7359 I never said to panic and that's the difference between me and you. I don't care if the idiot gets away. I care about how many other people. 1 car on the side of the road is better than a 6 car pile up. I'm not saying crash into the wall. But if I go into a ditch over getting hit I'd take that. That's just me
