Pablo already has in mind how the song should sound what instruments must be added but he doesn't know to do it that's why he ask for Simon's Servida's expertise. He is selfless and always thinks of his group. He shared all of the songs he wrote to his group.
Unfortunately, Pablo did not have the resources to do all that before. And very thankful to Simon for putting Pablo's vision to reality.

FUN FACT: SIMON flew to Los Angeles from Canada, to Perform as a Guest in their "WYAT" World Tour Concert. So, YES, he Sings and palyed the Keyboard. 💙MAHALIMA's GrandMa S., San Diego, CA
His first job working with Pablo was for WHAT. In that video he explains how Pablo found him. That video is crazy good since it was such a wildly different track. I suggest you check that one out next and then Mana. When he was confused about the spooky part he confused MaPa with Mana. He actually co-produced most, if not all of the Pagsibol EP. Where he is in Canada is exactly 12 hours difference in time so many calls with Pablo were in the early morning hours Philippines time. He also helped produce some of the latest Pagtatag EP. All of his videos are fun to watch! Now a days Pablo and his brother Josue (Radkidz) do alot of production but I think they'll always call on Simon for help.

Simon can sing he was a guest on SB19 First concert at Los Angeles PAGSIBOL. there first tour in USA, I watched with my granddaughters, he was really good and nice voice. I really enjoyed that concert and also the PAGTATAG. At Anaheim. We Love SB19❤❤❤

Two years ago they did a charity concert where they were accompanied by an orchestra. It was livestreamed so you'll find good quality videos. You can search by Forte Sb19 or Sb19 live orchestra.

Simon has a lot of great videos where he discusses in great depth how he and Pablo exchange ideas in creating their music. He’s quirky and funny, too! They even had an interview together for the Pagsibol EP. It’s so cool how Simon gets Pablo’s mind. I mean, if someone tells me they want the sound to be dun dun dun, idk, man. 😂😆 Simon, Josue and Pabs make the best music, imo.

i feel pablo wanted to keep the filipino connection with his producers. filipino-canadian august rigo did "i want you"; he produced for justin bieber and chris brown. the producer for "moonlight", ian asher's mother apparently is filipino.

In their collab version of Mapa with the band Ben & Ben, violin was played. You may check that collab version. Pablo, Ken and josh can play the piano while Stell can play the ukelele. Josh and Felip can also play the drums . Except for Stell, all have released their solo records which are their original compositions.

I've read somewhere, maybe from an interview, that Pablo reached out to Simon to co- produce What? after he and Josue attended Simon's online music production course during the pandemic lockdown. All or almost all the 6 songs in the Pagsibol EP were co- produced by Simon.
Anyway, one can see how much of a workaholic Pablo is - during the lockdown, instead of moping around, he came up with and prodded SB19 to come out with songs like IKAKO, WYAT, the iconic WHAT? , MAPA, an online concert and the other songs in the 1st EP.

yes they play live orchestra on the forte concert
they had a concert with an orchestra, it was the "fortē" concert. but most of the concerts held in PH have had live bands. i'm thinking they recorded the accompaniment and used these in their world tours.
eventho Pablo produce the songs with Simon, pablo still asked SB19 members of their opinion too.. so he's manage to be the middle man to review the best ideas from everyone..
I saw a clip that Ian Asher (Moonlight) is a Filipino descent.
I think they said he was half Filipino in the Live chat during the recording of this.
