Last year I started walking 10,000 steps a day and started listening to audiobooks while doing it, and it’s worked so well! I track both on my planner. Great video!
I use that Happy Notes for my book journal. I just list the books I want to read and I list the ones I’ve read. I’ve used it since I retired in 2020 and can read all the time. 📚 😂
