      @@kavithavijayakumar5870 yes but some people don't mention refined wheat flour and say it as just wheat flour but it means maida I know its confusing but that's how it is I too used to get fooled earlier because "top ramen " noodles ke peche bhi "wheat flour " likhte h but its maida because maida is like an all purpose flour so it's wheat flour is many times maida and whole wheat flour is atta ...I know I know that hurts but it is what it is mate

    I tried it exactly the way it was given in the video trust me it looked nothing like this, something definitely is missing in the video it turned out like bhatti( dal bhatti) It was very hard and isn't it soo strange that everyone always only writes unnaturally over-positive comments?

      I had the same experience, until I watched some Korea Vlogs. I found out they put it in boiling water and let it cook on medium heat. And the results were amazing. Even while steaming, the water should be boiling really hot.

    Thanks Archana ma'am. I was very skeptical about the taste when I started to prepare the momos but the end result was totally unexpected. The momos came out just like I had in a restaurant but it was made out of maida. Even my granny asked for the recipe since it is healthy.

      Hi..
      I would like to know if it really taste the same. We have always made momos out of APF at home but are really scared to try the wholewheat version. Not a big fan of Dal dhokli so a little scared to relish the atta taste. Was just browsing on people's opinion of the atta version. Would be really helpful if you shed your experience. Thanks 😊

    • @jbmyluvv
      @jbmyluvv 4 года назад +3

      Viraj Shah hey sorry for the late response!
      To be honest even I was a bit skeptical but the atta taste is really not overpowering at all! Specially when you have it with the chutney it really masks any of that flavor and makes it delicious! I made these again day before and they’re a huge hit in our house! Please let me know if you have any other questions!

      Thanks for your reply. Couldn't wait and even we made it. Yes I completely agree with you. We surely did double sieve the flour. The first morsel I took and was so happy to feel no major difference between the APF and WWF (no smell too) just that whole wheat flour being a more healthy version. I am so happy and yes it is a super hit in our family too. I am grateful that I came across this recipe and the comments thread. Thanks once again. :)

      Take a pan pour some oil in it then add 1 chopped garlic to it... Let it fry... On the other stove, just boil some red chilly wholes to it (2-3) is enough along with (2-3) medium size red tomatoes... Let it boil for I guess 10 minutes. After, dat wen chilles n tomatoes cool down, grind it in a mixer... Then, just pour the grinded paste in the fried garlic vessel... Add salt to it... If u want add some black pepper but not it much... Turn off the gas after 5-7 minutes. Dnt add water while grinding the paste
