I made these yesterday. It came out really well. Just took 30mins to prepare. Never thought momos can be made so easily at home. Thanks for the recipe. 🙂PS: i tried steaming the momos in a different way and it gave the best taste. I used a pan quarterly filled with water, kept it on the gas stove to boil. Then I greased a steel strainer with oil, kept all momos on it and kept the strainer on top of the boiling pan. Covered it with a lid and kept for 10mins. It turned out really well.

Hello. I made these today by the method of boiling in water . it was really tasty. If we want them more tasty then we can make them out of maida as well. I did add garlic, onion, vinegar and soya sauce in the cabbage mixture unlike what you said. Thanks for the recipe!

The soup version was yummy but most of momos tore apart.
The steamed version was yummy as well and was soft only for the first few minutes and then it started to harden.

You are lying ....The momos were not tasty at all. I guess you use atta at home which include some meida as well. Because , some atta brands add maida in atta .

N then let it cool completely for 2hr
N then again steam it for 10-12minute
