Aah, Caroline you’re officially my favourite fitness RUclipsr, hands down!! This was incredible! Loved, loved the arms section 😂 Thanks for including the pushup w/ foot taps:) And the single leg up and downs were nice and challenging too esp. with the pike pushups. I did the leg sections with a 27.5 lb dumbbell so it just made this workout all that better. I feel powerful, strong and super sweaty lol 💪🏾💪🏾 Thank you sooo much! Please never stop doing this 💕💕💕
OMG that upper body routine is brutal. Nice to see that you have to stop and rest sometimes too! Makes you human and more relatable. I seriously need to get stronger. I think this upper body workout was too advanced for me. Loved the leg routines tho, that I could do. Apart from getting very low on the single leg squats, my heel comes up! Thank you, brilliant.
Excellent Lisa!! The upper body was torture!! If it isn’t challenging you it isn’t changing you! I know how yo puny self but when I have to stop for a second for me it’s a positive!!! It means I’m really pushing myself! 💓

Hi Caroline. All done!! I love your 1 hour workouts and this was a really tough one I thought. You had chosen hard exercises for the repeats and the push ups series was just so hard!! But at the end there was a real sense of achievement in getting through it all. I really am getting much stronger since I started training with you...your workouts and instruction are just so good. You have the ability to make all the hard work enjoyable! 5 minute plank done...but actually I thought that was the least of it compared with what was to follow. Oh my gosh, this is killer!!! No equipment, no jumps, but lots of burn! My arms and my legs are dying haha, and I'm just past halfway through. Had to take a quick break to take a breather! Always so challenging! Love this! Working for progress everyday ♥️

First time here! 👋 I'm glad I could find something to get me exercising! Doing this stuff has been difficult for me to incorporate into my lifestyle. Neighbors below, non-friendly pedestrian neighborhood, and a gym miles away 😅 I felt like I lost hope until today!
that was once again such a video where I really have no words if I were to list the exercises that were new to me, I would go beyond the scope of this even these intermediate exercises were very intensive in themselves the same procedures as every day excellent and great video, 😇 for me one of your best 💯 Do you actually know how much good you are doing us with these videos and we cannot return the favor at all, which I think is a shame but always sympathetic as you can't keep up the 50 seconds with some exercises 🤗

I was looking for a new challenge because I was feeling so stuck with my exercises and so unmotivated to exercise. Than I discovered your channel on Friday and did one of your workouts and it was so thrilling. Like so much new moves and it really challenges me. Then I read about the 10week challenge that is coming out and I knew this is what I was looking for. Can't wait to start tomorrow. So excited! i love doing your workouts after studying for long hours siting down! before i discovered your videos i never challenge my selft to do pushups but now i really enjoy doing them!!
Finally got back to working out after a week of recovering! So did it at my own pace and really enjoyed myself! Except for the pistol squats and pushup hold toe taps,managed all! Did plank with toe taps instead. Someday soon in the future I'll be doing them all as well. Thanx Caroline😘🤗 Really missed ur workouts!
I really enjoyed your 1 Hour full body work outs but the one with the dumbbells are still my favorite. Been doing it for 3 weeks now and i love whats it been doing with my muscles. 😄

This was t.o.u.g.h. I made it through the full hour but not without some needed breaks in between. I'm not strong enough YET to go through the whole flow like Caroline, but that's what made it fun! I did more than I thought I could and I get to set Caroline's strength and ability to where I want to be! honestly amazing. Nothing feels more rewarding than hearing that last song at the finish mark and knowing I put as much effort as I could into your workout. You really are the best Fitness RUclipsr on here. Fitness 100% was your calling and you're killing it. Can't wait for your next uploads and future projects!

Amazing as ever❣️ no jumping doesn't mean no sweat or no work. Great full body workout, it's kinda great that I feel I'm actually working out with you. You're rare to convey encouragement and good cues non verbally. I shocked myself my doing a few of the one leg plank up and down 😅Happy Friday💗

I just finished your isometric workout and it is very timely. My body just don't want to jump right now 🤣 your low impacts are my favorite 🥰 just focusing on the movement of muscles no jumping yet it will burn a lot of calories

It's been a more than a month since I started following your videos but still not able to do push ups properly like you 🙁.. Today's workout was really hard for me, especially doing pike pushups so many times( still feeling pain in my shoulders) and that one leg up squats.. completed 5 min plank challenge after this workout..😃 Thanks Caroline for uploading nice videos everyday and for keeping this plank challenge..😊😊 Love from India😘😘

Struggle that was! Enormously intense, especially pushup and plank rounds. First time here! 👋 I'm glad I could find something to get me exercising! Doing this stuff has been difficult for me to incorporate into my lifestyle. Neighbors below, non-friendly pedestrian neighborhood, and a gym miles away 😅 I felt like I lost hope until today!

I was looking for a new challenge because I was feeling so stuck with my exercises and so unmotivated to exercise. Than I discovered your channel on Friday and did one of your workouts and it was so thrilling. Like so much new moves and it really challenges me. Then I read about the 10week challenge that is coming out and I knew this is what I was looking for. Can't wait to start tomorrow. So excited! I've tried 2 other 1 hour workouts from you they always satisfyingly leave me sore the next day SO CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THIS!!!!!!!
Finally got back to working out after a week of recovering! So did it at my own pace and really enjoyed myself! Except for the pistol squats and pushup hold toe taps,managed all! Did plank with toe taps instead. Someday soon in the future I'll be doing them all as well.

I made it through the full hour but not without some needed breaks in between. I'm not strong enough YET to go through the whole flow like Caroline, but that's what made it fun! I did more than I thought I could and I get to set Caroline's strength and ability to where I want to be!

I just finished your isometric workout and it is very timely. My body just don't want to jump right now 🤣 your low impacts are my favorite 🥰 just focusing on the movement of muscles no jumping yet it will burn a lot of calories

Today's workout was really hard for me, especially doing pike pushups so many times( still feeling pain in my shoulders) and that one leg up squats.. completed 5 min plank challenge after this workout..😃
