Love Arizona! Looks beautiful!
Scott's house! Absolutely breathtaking.
Love it Josh!! Worth the wait, prefer Arizona to LA. Would be a great place to live for sure. Get that feeling!!! Ha
You had me at golf simulator. Hey Josh, can I live in the guest house??
Beautiful Cactus!
Yep, found my dream house.
This home just sold for $5.9M last week, after sitting on the market since October 2023.
you forgot to mention you can cook an egg on the driveway in the summer
id offer 4.2 deff can tell we are in a recessecion but still love fhe grind for that dolla bill!!! been wwtching you Josh sense 2006 much love
I bet josh is about 5'7
They likely have to truck the water in. It’s worth 3.5
Nice house but it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere off a highway. Might have a tough time getting $8m for it
The home is located on the outskirts of Scottsdale AZ which is a major city. It's within 25 miles of the city, but still rural enough to have that back country feel. There also exist a lot of homes surrounding this home which are also custom properties. There's also a country club, and many other high end housing tracts in the area. It's a high end area that commands higher prices for sure. What you get here would cost $20 million, or more in LA. so seems reasonable to me. And, asking price is usually negotiable. If I were to make an offer, I'd want the art, and furniture included! 😁😎👍✌🗽
@@TOM-C. still, at $1000 per square foot, that sounds expensive for the arizona desert.
Can't compare to LA. The build quality doesn't scream $1000 per square foot. It has cheap baseboards and cheap door casings. Not your average $20m LA fit and finish. Desert land is cheap, that's why you get so much of it.
$600 per square foot is max this is worth. There are mansions in wealthy neighborhoods in los angeles county selling for $650 per square foot, with fit and finish better than this. The original house/land sold for $1million flat in 2020. they are asking for a $7 million markup including the new house. Construction cost is not that much.
Looks like it’s in BFE.. nah
they ran out of places to build, so they build in the middle of the desert.
This is a hard sell. You have acres of land, but it's either too hot or too cold to use.
Acres of dirt and cactus. They're not being genuine trying to ask $8mil for this kind of location.
not very difficult, very common these days. places like Vegas and AZ have turned into hubs for very rich to store money for tax implications, then wind up actually living there full time because they'll actually enjoy it, they'll just live somewhere else when it gets too hot for them
yeah i know scottsdale has a lot of rich people to steal from@@coreybarnes3024
I would worry about Scorpions and Rattlesnake in the garage
Yuck. It thxz.. not warm…. Feeling… coyote heaven..
enjoy the super hot summers over 100 degrees, from May through October. and pretty cold winters.
It's torture.
Bad bar design … the bottles on the sun!!
