I remember the son "On the Road Again" everytime they got "underway", they played the song over the 1-MC(speaker system) Awesome ship!!! I was 89-91 - GSE - Flight Deck - green shirt! Went from San Diego to Virginia where it went on "dry-dock" for sometime.
Did my last cruise On the Connie. Was on the admiral's staff. Was great fun.
