Thanks sir for the reply,im concern about the steering rack since our car rhd n im planning to go for single turbo. Its too expensive to buy kit since Malaysia currency was quite low😅. Im planning to welded those stock into st header. Again thanks mate, appreciate it.
@@hakimomar6818 Steering rack can be avoided while making the manifold. Place the downpipe matetial in place while making the manifold do you know you have space. Just have a go.
Where did you get the base bin file? I was wanting to start doing this on my personal car and have tuner pro but wasn’t sure where everyone were getting the bin files
This generic as can be🤦 c_cat_conf is the table you need to add to your xdf and set to 1 for learning or 0 for just check and use widebands. The dtc togles arent necessary and is the wrong way to do it
Sorry thats its not very specific. I had issues with codes. I looked at the forums and this was how I got rid of the codes. No doubt theres better ways to do it.
@@blrn54 definitely the dme is still running the rear 02 subroutine this way all this does is sapress the dtcs. This way the afr is off if you would like the hex adress for the c_conf_cat table dm me on insta ill send ya the info and the stuff to disable all the cat heating stuff to. The git hub xdf is hardly comple unfortunately
@@blrn54 where at? At the tail pipe or in the down pipe? Do you relize how unbelievable that is if its true its a maricle. On a single turbo car the 02s arent designed to operate pre turbine we can tune them somewhat but its never going to be completely acurate because its just not on the proper axis's. Have you ever gone through the damos and fd docs?
@@blrn54 the rear 02s are utiziled by the onboard wraf controler for adaptation of aging lamda sensors as well 00 just sapreses the check engine light. This is a documented fact the logic is clearly explained in the continental fd docs👍
Hi sir, is it possible if i want to install 2pcs/1pcs st manifold without pulling out the motor?
Yes, this is 1 pc and slides on with engine sitting as is. I can do it with 1 hand while filming with other hand.

The engine has done 300+ roll racing and 1/4 mile passes and been on the dyno 3 times since doing this. AFR are the same on the dyno as the logs.
