- You can find the intro and theme song online but I could never find the segue music played between scenes.

The golden girls segue music is soooo comforting. Reminds me of being home with my love while layin bed watching Golden girls. Its just so comforting
When i hear this it means I’m in bed wrapped up waiting for the excitement ❤️

People should play this in real life when someone does something clever or when someone walks into a room!
It makes me really sad listening to this because they are gone, they will never come back 💔, hopefully Betty White will live longer and longer
So comforting to me...brings back memories, watching this with my mom growing up. I still watch to this day...know every single episode 😉 (still watch, enjoy, and love it) ❤️
Memories for me watching The Golden Girls with my Grandmother. She passed away in 2010. I still watch them. I would like to think when I'm watching them, My Grandma's spirit is watching with me. That's gives me comfort as well because she was an angel.

I've always loved that shot. My mom and I used to watch the GG on snowy winter nights, and dream about living in a house like theirs in "Florida". There was an even better shot used in later seasons, showing the other side of the house with a golden glow, like the sun was just setting. That was my favourite shot of all.

@@rorystinson7169 : The light is nice in that one -- but the one I'm thinking of showed the other side of the house with the lanai. It was used between acts in later seasons, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere
The opening shot of Season 3, Episode 5 is the better view I mean. I love that shot the most of all.

I used to sit and wonder who comes up with these "breaks" (segue music), this one and Seinfeld's.
The guy who plays keyboard on Seinfeld episodes was interviewed and did a demo several decades ago.
The original music/arrangements for this show were composed by George Aliceson Tipton. Jonathan Wolff composed Seinfeld’s music.

I love the first one. How did the producer decide which segue track to use and when?
I've noticed that once the "first act" ended and it was a serious subject, there was a short one in a minor key, just can't find that one on RUclips.

I would love to find the one that they would play just before going to commercial. This was when the show was new on NBC. As the music played there was a screen shot of the girls on the screen looking at the camera with each one having a hand on top of the others. I thing that scene was from the pilot.

The “house” is actually located at Universal Studios in Florida. :)
Not this one. This is the original house shown in Seasons 1 & 2. It is located in Los Angeles. Later on in the series they switched to outside shots of the mockup house in Orlando. I know because I took this photo! :)

I always wondered why the house needed a chimney.
Because it has a fireplace that is wood burning and most wood burning fireplaces need chimneys.
