It's not the same. 240hp variant has biturbo. And you can buy more powerfull engine, but you have to pay. It's all about you want to have and about finally, what you can or want to pay.

Yes, it was from the steering column, but it was in the upper position - because of seeing dashboard. If it's in the "normal" position, it's quiet.
This is why there is no reasen to pay more than citroen or peugeot cost
