INGREDIENTS:
Bread(ब्रेड)
Milk(दूध) - 2cup
Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2cup
Saffron(केसर)
Ghee(घी)
Oil(तेल)
For Sugar Syrup:
Jaggery Sugar(गुड़ की चीनी) - 1cup
Cardamom Powder(इलाइची पाउडर) - some
For Milk Mixture:
MIlk(दूध) - 1/2 cup
Cornflour(कॉर्नफ्लोर) - 1tbsp
Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 4tbsp
For Garnishing:
Desiccated coconut(नारियल पाउडर)
Dry Fruits(मेवा)
Cherryचेरी)
RECIPE:
Take some Milk, add Corn Flour, Milk Powder to it & mix it well.
In a pan, put Milk & boil it. When it starts boiling put Milk Mixture in it and mix it well. Add some Saffron & take out in a bowl and keep it in the freezer. Then roast some bread with ghee when it turns crispy cut it into 2 pieces or cut some slices of bread and fry them in oil.
For Sugar Syrup, In a pan put some Jagerry Sugar, Water, Cardamom Powder in it cook it till it turns thick on slow flame.
In a tray/bowl, put some Bread Slices, put some Jaggery Sugar Syrup then keep Bread Slices on it. Put the Milk Mixture on it. Now Garnishing with Desiccated Coconut, Dry Fruits, Colourful Cherries. Keep the Pudding in the fridge for 1 hour & serve it.
For Serving, take a plate put roasted Bread add Jaggery Sugar Syrup and a Mixture of Milk on it, Garnish with Desiccated Coconut, Dry Fruits, Colourful Cherries. Now Bread Pudding is ready to serve.
