At the moment I know I have goiter and thyroglobulin antibodies count in 27.5; I also have gastritis, esophagitis and presence of HP, along with GERD. My symptoms started after wearing repeatedly two pairs of chinese shoes. As soon as I wore them, I would feel bad. At the same time, I have low vitamin D levels. I think my body released histamine, and this caused goiter, which also exacerbated GI symptoms. Everybody has thought this is anxiety, but evidence has proved there are indeed physical conditions. My symptoms include: Constipation, reflux, eventual night choking, fatigue, muscle pain, reduced heart performance, pre-syncope, headaches and sensitivity to cold. I get tired too easily and my heart rythm increases with the least effort. 😢😢😢😢😢 Physicians are starting to pay attention to me, but I have has to push. Another condition is IBS and possibly SIBO, which has been addressed with Rifaximin, but no probiotics have been prescribed.
Hi Joanne. Thanks for this video it was very interesting. I was wondering, if h pylori causes histamine issues, would taking an anti histamine (such as fexofenodine) help combat the h pylori because it would combat the issues the histamine causes? I am currently taking mastic gum Plus others to combat h pylori but have been getting bad skin rashes from the pylori so thought the anti histamine might help. Thank you!!
A family member of mine told me that this is a very common bacterial for people to have in their digestive system I don't know how much I should believe that. Does someone have to be treated if they don't have any issues?
I was under the impression that a naturopath would perhaps not be a antibiotics pusher? Would it not be worth to mention some more natural treatment options?
Raw cabbage juice heals histamine-induced ulcers in as little as 7 days! I have a history of h. Pylori and suspected ulcers a few times in the past (currently have an ulcer as confirmed by a doctor), but am just making the connection between histamine and ulcers. Both the last time I had an ulcer and this I was dealing with major histamine intolerance when it came about. I found a study about cabbage juice and gave it a try and it worked so well. In a week my stomach was healed and felt well for a long time thereafter. Plus no nasty drug side effects to deal with.
I forgot to add I have a history of h. Pylori, but besides avoiding refined sugar and highly processed carbs I didn’t address the h.pylori directly, it subsided on its own during my week on cabbage juice. I aimed to drink one liter per day as that’s the amount that was used in the study, but most days could only get down about 3/4 of that (juiced fresh 1-2 x daily).
Just got diagnosed with h pylori and I’ve been dealing with bad histamine intolerance! I’m excited to finally heal
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but it's great that you have some clarity on what's been causing your symptoms. Jackie (Joanne's VA)

Is histamine intolerance permanent then or can it potentially be healed with a helicobacter eradication therapy?
It is my ilness
