    Ive always wanted to cook hotpot! I’m sadly allergic to seafood but will look for other meat alternatives. Im glad I’m not allergic to fish cakes though! I’m also adding some thin beef and pork slices. For flavoring I may add beef bone broth or tomato base hotpot. My favorite dipping sauce is with bean paste, sesame oil, salt and pepper. I heard some people use their rice cooker to keep their hot pot warm or crockpot on the dining table, isn’t that interesting? 🤗 Thank you!
