Oh my goodness. That was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. That foliage. The bears. The berries. Then the northern lights! Mind officially blown.
Slim, you are the only RV RUclipsr that I ALWAYS watch. Your videos don’t have or need stupid teasers, fake drama, long periods of mood music or e-begging. Just gorgeous scenery, lots of rv travel and technical tips, wildlife, food ideas, rv life demos, and generous sharing of your knowledge of the natural world. Keep up the good work! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
You've done it now...this took my breath away. The Aurora borealis is on my bucket list but I was completely unprepared for the brilliant foliage. How perfect to have shared the day with foraging grizzlies!
Bravo Slim ! This is one of your very best. The land scape is simply mesmerizing along with the vivid bursts of color. The grizzly family was a beautiful sight as well. Thank you for allowing us to share such an amazing adventure.
Thanks Rhondalyn. Unfortunately they are difficult to make and avoid copyright issues, so I don't do them much anymore. I needed at least one for this series though. SP
@@SlimPotatohead That's an interesting point I wasn't aware of Slim. Makes video creator's life more complicated. The lone Dutch motorcyclist Noraly from *Itchy Boots* buys paper maps from petrol stations and draws her route with a Sharpie, whilst the Swedish yachties from *RAN Sailing* always use Google Earth. I welcome your maps too, and often follow-up the videos with further exploration on Google Earth and Street View, or 360° photos if they're available at that location. Makes the whole experience so immersive. Thanks for today's map.
Thanks Slim for a terrific video. You've shown the true beauty of the Yukon. As a life long Yukoner who's driven the Dempster all the way to Tuktoyuktuk I can say you've captured the essence of the Yukon in this video, spectacular scenery and plenty of solitude. Glad to see you liked our local beer and bear!! 😆
What an awesome video Slim, you capture the intimate details others miss in nature. I love the macro shots of flora, the colors, the touch, and then the transition to the whole beautiful landscape with poetic thoughts spotting a Ptarmigan camouflaged in the rocks and flowers and the family of grizzlies wandering through the berries. Your presence is so peaceful and articulate. Thank you for capturing this incredible Yukon space like no one else.

This adventure has to be one for the memory banks for you. Great video. Take care, stay safe.

Kudos to you for all the leg work you put in doing these videos. Setting up a camera to walk up a hill then back down to retrieve it. I’ve really enjoyed your content. I even installed a shower in my pup using the same design you made.
AWESOME!!!
Absolutely stunning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The landscape, the flora, the bears and then the topper - the northern lights. That one day and evening was more than enough to make the whole trip a smashing success. There aren't many on this earth who have experienced a day like that.
Thanks so much for posting.
