  • Weekly mindset practice. A Beginner’s Mind , open to learn and to grow.
    I choose a theme for the week and relate to the body Connection practice to support daily activities.
    First part highlights the focus of the week. Second we start the practice of conscious body flow , becoming aware and connected with you body by directing attention internally.
    We follow by practicing a simple version of the Wim Hof breathing exercises. We practice 2 rounds of 20 to 30 minutes breathes. 1st round retention of 45 seconds and 2nd round with 1 minute retention.
    It is ok to breathe earlier , just make sure to inhale and hold for 15 seconds.
    Third and final part , we practice: a yoga pose , an exercise , a body movement to link it all together.
