Another Great video So sorry for your loses The kitties are Beautiful If everyone was like u and your family No animal would be hurt or homeless. Thank you for loving all these babies. 👍👍👍👍💚💚💚💚💚💙💙💙💙💙
You are so kind. Thanks you. It will be super fun watching these tiny kittens grow up right before our eyes though. They'll be walking around exploring in no time at all. Very happy you found our channel, I release new videos Mondays and Thursdays in the morning, but sometimes If I have a lot going on I'll change it to 3 a week. Good to know you Kim. Chad and the gang.
Chad, you’re driving me nuts! My rule of thumb is 1 comment per video. But you’re just so fun and I love so many of the different farm animals you have, and can’t help myself. I could easily post 20+ comments to each of your vids. 👍😎🥰
Had a stray I was feeding a few years ago and she later got named Maggie after she went missing on me @fourth of July week. It was roughly seven months later I open up on Facebook and there was a posting about her. She had been at my vets office from about the same time that she went missing from my residence and she had gotten blind. She had gotten hit by a car and when she brought to the vet; maggots had came out of her mouth thus that was how she had gotten the name Maggie. She had been rehomed to a couple all the way in New Hampshire and there had not been any more postings about her since 2020. Hoping she is still doing ok.
I ordered a chicken house that is supposed to arrive today. This will be my fourth try at having chickens. In the past I tried to protect them and something always got to them. This time I am taking every precaution and maybe I will finally get eggs before something gets my chickens. Congrats on your new arrivals. We lost our last cat to bobcat fever. The vet said there is no protection yet other than never letting them leave the house. We are in the woods and bobcats are around, so we will not get another cat.
Good luck with the chickens...The trouble is free ranging them. Everyone wants to free range their chickens, but I haven't yet and it's mainly because we don't live on the farm and there are periods that I'm not there. That's why I built them their Chateau du Poulets. Even though I'm protecting the cats at night they still wander during the day, I'm always so worried about them now.
So sad when you lost Smokey and so sad when you lost Stormy and Lovely. I found your channel when we were getting call ducks so I've looked ahead. I have been a farm/country girl my whole life and have dealt with losses all my life and it never gets easier. I am just so thankful that God provided you new life. On our little farm we lost my gorgeous little mare Tori at 23, I had her for 22 of her 23 years and she was my heart. We lost her in 2020 and God provided me a tiny filly Dove the next year. I just lost Natasha, our balinese indoor kitty I got 5th hand. She was so close to us she was almost like a kid. She had 4 homes in 4 years before us because she liked humans and not other cats. She was almost like our 3rd kid and we had her for 5 years, I tried everything to save her. Syringe fed her 4 times a day and still lost her. She died in my arms. So my heart goes out to you and I understand but so very thankful God brings us new blessings to soften our losses. You and Remy are such a great couple, Rog and I love your channel.
Yes although losing our friends is inevitable, it’s still tough to handle. Stormy was such an amazing cat, she was so smart and would ride with me all the time. I miss them.
Chad, how does it feel to be a New Dad......😉 I'm glad that there is New Life on the Farm. You now have some New life to take care of, glad the new kittens are doing well. How is Maggie doing with her ears, she looks Great. Keep those cats Safe at Night. I just saw another video on another channel where they have had problems with raccoons 🦝trying to get into there chicken coop. Had to trap them and get rid of them. Get a Live Trap and see what you can catch at night. 🦝🦝
far we hadn't had any issues with predators until losing these two cats. I've built all the animals housing to withstand any predator breach anyway. Kittens and Momma Maggie are all doing great.
That's what I'm afraid of , letting the pets roam around and have them get hurt or killed. We lost cats that have been attacked by dogs that the owner no longer want them and set them free to roam around. And just people who don't give a darn and run them over. I got all my pets neutered/spayed so hopefully they don't have the urge to go out. Rescued a young female cat who is heavily pregnant. She was more than happy to get in , good thing because it snowed the next day.
Yes plus these kittens will grow up being locked up at night so they won't know what they're missing. I'm almost finished the cat enclosure then I'll show you guys.
If you let your females roam free, and they are not spayed, they will continue to get pregnant. When female cats go into heat, they will find a male that can impregnate them. Cats will travel many many miles to mate
You miss third possibility for the root of the cat pregnancy; cats that aren't yours. You might think you live too far from neighbours and that you'd have noticed any new feral kitties on your farm, but unfixed males and females are hormonally wired to find one another, so it's entirely possible multiple scruffy suitor journeyed from afar to rendezvous with Maggie May. Cats have a very good sense of long-range smell, although still not as good as the best dog sniffers, and there are some wild stories about motivated cats traveling long distances. Anyway, I've been watching the videos in backwards order and kept wondering why you wouldn't have spayed/neutered all your current cats of both genders as soon as you got them. There are health benefits for both genders and, so long as they're adults it would be past time. Kittens, of course, are such a joy to watch that you'd be forgiving for wanting to have that experience and breed a troop of your own, since you have space for them.

@@HiddenSpringFarm Love the Chateau! They are lucky chickens.
Dang I love the duck release, with Molly watching over them. Luv the cats too, especially Fozzy 👍😎🥰
Molly does look like a million bucks..lol
Haha, it was good while it lasted lol. She doesn't get farm dirty until it rains, then all bets are off.
Congratulations Chad. The kittens are adorable. Just what the farm needed. I look forward to seeing the kittens growing.
Thank you! Yes and they'll all doing so well...their eyes are open now.
@@HiddenSpringFarm , how old are the kittens now?
@@lee8300 oh they’re just about a week and a half now
Very Nice 👍👍👍Thank you for sharing. Be safe The Shaggy D.A. never looked as good as Molly 🤣🤣🤣
Right! She looks like a cuddly plushie when she gets groomed.

Thanks so much 😊 I miss them. That’s all. New kittens on the scene though.
Cutie kittens! 😻😻😻😻 Molly is also cute too!
I’m watching these videos from the barn cat playlist. Is this mango and tango as kittens?
Yup, Mango, Tango, Bubbles & Chewy but we lost Chewy we think to predators.
Good video 😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Thanks, the kittens are doing very well and are growing so fast.
So sorry for your loss

Is Fozzy the correct spelling?
@@Scot_WestTexas that’s how I spell it but Fozzie is fine too 🐱
The kittens will be a great distraction for you guys.
Yup they sure are, I can’t stop checking on them and Maggie’s being so good about it. 😊
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂
Sadly cats can't start mating at 4 months sometimes
I gotta keep an eye on them and get them to the vet soon...they're getting to that age.
