This was season six so most the time she was in the hospital bed and I noticed her stomach but they may have shot the episodes when her bump was more small

Hate her or love her but Heigl really contributed so much to classic greys. The show was never same after her departure ! And I love the bold and brave her which is she in real life. She was way too ahead of her time for the homophobic , male dominated hollywood industry. Also Shonda was so toxic with her ; she just proved that women are women worse enemies !

Sara looks really depressed in all the shoots.
People have a tendency to shy away from actually being themselves and being bubbly when they're getting a photoshoot done, because even though she is an actor it's still different when its photographs. That and it seems to me she's got more of a resting bitch face rather than being depressed and who knows she may suffer from depression but as someone who has depression and knows many people who has it she just seems like She's picture shy and doesn't want to make a weird face causing her to look ridiculous in a picture.

Damn the first thing I did after the video is go on google and find the photo shoot and see how the pictures turned out and you can not see that Meredith was pregnant at all they did I great job with that. I’ve also noticed and no one mentioned it in the comments is how Sandra said “my hair will hide her belly” and puts her hair in front of Ellen’s belly.
