I imagined Tosh as co-op commander like you. But I think Wraits fits very well in Tosh's army. I hope Blizzard will add Tosh and maybe also Valerian and Selendis
They do fit well, but I tried not to reuse units that are already used by other commanders too much. And wraiths are already used by Swann and Horner. Thats why I atleast gave Tosh the wraiths as one of his lvl 15 bonuses for Allies. Blizzard will sadly not add anything anymore., but yeah, I'd also like those :)
I like one of Tosh infantry unit: Fury. Those anti-infantry specialist equipped with jetpack that can cut down enemy infantry units with one slash although they're weaknesses are vehicles and aircrafts.
One commander concept I thought of: Kagg, the last of the cerebrates. Once master of Surtur brood, now severed from the swarm and become a lore keeper of the Xel'Naga. The arrival of Amon has awakened him, his brood, enhanced with Xel'Naga energies and powers, ready to wage war on the dark god.
Thank you. It might be a bit more difficult, but I personally find different aspects of the concept even more difficult :D Luckily I don't have to program it :) Thank you very much tho :)
Thank you very much. My first concept actually was Zerg, it was an old crappy concept for Dehaka, way before he got made by Blizzard. If I'll be doing a Zerg commander it will be most likely Izsha and then maybe Niadra. I'm sorry, but I just cannot think of anything unique enough for Overmind :(
Think Tosh would fit as a ground focused commander that specializes in either stealth or hit and run tactics. Like say reapers and predators, specters with raven support. Then again he could use some new units because most of the terran units wouldn't fit his theme
Thank you. The reason why I didn't put Tosh as a hero unit is because it would be too similar to Nova and I wanted more focus on Spectres as semi-heroic units.
@@DaveSpectre122 Yeah I understand, it's hard and challenging to make new concepts after all what we have already, great job, hopefully we will have him one day

@@DaveSpectre122 So, I finished reading the page with all the details, and I'm simply at a loss for words. This is LEAGUES more thought out and detailed then the video let's it on! It's amazing how much thought you put into it. Now, for my opinions, I'll divide them to sections: Units: I love them all. The abilities are diverse and strong, but have weaknesses and drawbacks. Not overpowered at all. Only thing I could add is that I think most of the researches are way too cheap given how much of a boost they add. Maybe you should up the prices for the mid & late game upgrades by a few hundred of each resource, and throw in around 20-30 seconds more research time. Top bar abilities: These are also great. It adds it unique twist to the game, and opens up some really interesting play options. Especially the Terrazine Mist. I especially love that you can pay with terrazine for buildings. Its a great way of using up terrazine when your abilities are on cooldown. Mercenaries: I honestly don't know how I feel about them. It makes sense, but I feel like we can get a bit more creative. Maybe make the mercenaries a bit more expensive, or take them longer to recharge, making the players focus more on training the normal units, instead of trying to get as many mercs as possible, as soon as possible. Mastery: Not much to say here. They are all great bonuses. Leveling upgrades: Again, not really much to say here. I love them all. I'll talk about the level 15 ones later. Prestige: These are bloody brilliant. Really unique ways to play, ehile offering a new challenge. I love them. Level 15 upgrades: This is something I didn't really like based on the video. It seemed like a bit of a waste, and you could've been able to do something different. But after reading through the actual thing, I realized these are (once again) really well flashed out. I especially love Alarak's bonus. When I first read it, I started laughing! XD Final thoughts: I had a lot of fun reading and studying this concept. It had a lot of creative ideas, lots of new interesting and fun new mechanics, and one of the best characters in Starcraft 2. There are only two main problems for me. One, I think the upgrades are a little unbalanced. They give too much for way too little. Either tweek up the prices, lower some of the bonuses, or both. It will make it a lot more balanced. Two, I understand you don't want this kit to be too similar to Nova, but I still think Tosh should be a playable character in mission. I love hero character in RTS games, and everytime a commander with a hero character came out, I squealed like a highschool girl. Tosh could have a unique role as a hero character in being Mor of a support. Aside from Thycus's Fixer buddies, support heroes in Starcraft 2 a are very rare. The only one I can remember in the campaign was Stetmann from WOL. Tosh's abilities could revolve around scouting out enemy lines, making or sabotaging key units and buildings, making it easier for the armies to tear through Amons's defenses, and so on. Overall, this was a great experience, and I really appriciate all the thought and effort you put into making this concept for our favourite Specter.
