If you click on the three dots to the right of the "like"/"dislike" buttons for the video, you can "open transcript" and it will pull up all of the captions with timestamps for each sentence. You can click on the word or sentence you'd like to skip to from there or use "Ctrl+F" to search for the specific phrase or place you're seeking. It really helps me with open-note online tests.
